DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company. I placed an order for two light fixtures, with initially good communication. However, after my order, which exceeded $8000, failed to arrive by the expected date of April 7th, my attempts to contact them through calls and emails went unanswered. Next thing I know, their website states: "This store is currently unavailable. The store is temporarily closed. Waiting for the store owner to restore it." I am just sick over the situation.

Do not make an order!!!

This company is so horrible. I’ve been waiting for a very expensive light fixture that I was promised would be delivered by a certain time frame and has not been. Communication is absolutely atrocious. There is no number to even call and so you have to email and wait days sometimes weeks before even getting a response. Save yourself the major headache and DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! I am so extremely disappointed especially for such an expensive fixture. Stick with a local company that cares.
