Good shoes and slow but good customer service

Although the customer service is slow at times, I found them helpful and Professional nontheless (Reem).But please for the Love of all that is holy: get rid of your AI chatbot! The shoes are (obviously) Not perfect for everyone and imho that's fine. They are well-made and depending in your foot Type, they are confy and especially good for Training.All in all, I'm satisfied with Vivobarefoot and will buy there again

We're all here for the shoes!

OK maybe they don't have the best customer service but what we are all here for are their superb barefoot shoes! Great range, quality, and durability, been wearing my 3 pairs for over 2 years now in rugged environments and city and they have held up fine. My legs feel totally transformed!

I have 3 pairs of Vivo’s

I have 3 pairs of Vivo’s. Primus Lite 3, Motus Studio Sneaker and Tracker AT Low 2. They take a transition period and a little pricey but amazing barefoot shoes that look cool, have great ground feel and are fairly durable.

Great Service and Incredibly Comfortable Shoes

I would like to sincerely thank the Vivobarefoot customer service team. Unfortunately, my package was lost in the post, but the way they handled the situation was truly impressive. They made every effort to investigate the issue and find a solution, and they took responsibility on their end as well, even though the problem occurred during shipping.I would especially like to thank Martina. As soon as she understood my situation, she offered very helpful and thoughtful solutions to help me get through such a frustrating experience. Her support made a big difference.I also absolutely love the shoes they make. This was my first pair of barefoot shoes, and I was amazed by how light and comfortable they are. I can’t wait to receive my new pair!

The customer service is awful

The customer service is awful. In March last year I bought a pair for my brothers 30th birthday as he loves them, they then broke in August… for £200 I don’t think they should last 6 months. Since then I have been contacting Vivo with little to no responses, they advised they can send me a returns label to swap them in December and I have still not received this. It is impossible to actually speak to someone, the chat and WhatsApp function are just bots and I have tried to call to speak to someone and am just left on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I am finding this really upsetting as it was a gift for my brother and he hasn’t been able to use them now for 7 months. Please can someone contact me and send a returns label. Order UK008364056

Poor quality shoes and very poor quality customer service

I bought a pair of children's shoes in September for my daughter, and by November the velcro had already stopped sticking after normal use.I got in touch with Vivobarefoot in December and sent them pictures and even a video of the problem.They responded very slowly, each time asking for more detail, which we patiently supplied each time. The last time we heard from them was 3 weeks ago.It's now over 2 months since we reported the issue to them, and still with no resolution, despite our many emails supplying information to them.

Took the extra step to help

Very helpful customer service when deciding on exchange or refund and whether the shoe would change shape with time. They went above and beyond and contacted other wearers of the style of shoe I was enquiring about to get more info about the fit of the shoe.

Order UK008940665. I paid over £200 for this order, including next-day delivery, and received clearly worn, dirty shoes with missing socks. Vivobarefoot confirmed the issue from my photo proof, yet I waited a week and sent three messages before anyone responded. They replied: they will ONLY refund my money after I spend more time going to the post office and wait until they receive their worn shoes back. Customers should not have to fix a company’s mistake!

No refund on purchase

Once more Vivobarefoot's customer service gets 1 star. I have returned a pair of shoes and never recieved a refund. I wrote Vivobarefoot's customer service 10 days ago on the support mail thread where last person even stated: "Niklas, I am very sorry to hear that it took this long, In the future if you need my help, I am here for you."And I have recieved no response. It is now around 20 days since I sent the package and I still haven't recieved a refund. It is almost impossible to get into contact with this company. Very impressed at this low level of contact and frustrated that it is SO difficult.

Very poor durability for price

Very poor durability for price. Was looking for a barefoot running shoe and travelled to the shop in Covent Garden as I wanted to try them on first , explained to the person in the shop what they would be used for and enquired about their durability, was told they'd be up for it. The sole is already starting to detach after no more than 200 miles in them , I expected a lot more from a £110 pair of shoes

Gift Card didnt work

Had an issue with gift Card going wrong - under old system customer service couldn't get reply; they made new changes recently and Tom reached out from the new customer service team and helped to rectify the issue promptly. I really commend his excellent customer service and look forward to being a Vivo customer for life

I ordered directly from Vivobarefoot…

I ordered directly from Vivobarefoot and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.First, the delivery arrived significantly later than promised.Second, I received a completely wrong pair of shoes instead of the ones I ordered.The biggest issue, however, was customer service. For two and a half weeks I tried to contact Vivobarefoot through every possible channel — email, contact form, chat, and phone. I reached out to Vivobarefoot Austria, Germany, and Europe. I never received any response. Not even a confirmation or interim reply.What’s even more concerning: the phone number listed on the official website does not exist.Mistakes can happen, but leaving customers without any response or support is unacceptable. Customer service and accessibility are a complete disaster.I will definitely never order directly from Vivobarefoot again.

Abysmal communication

I wanted to buy a pair of £120 women’s sneakers and had a question about the size and fit of the shoes I wanted. Within the shoe description for most styles there is a section describing the size and fit for thar particular shoe. Sometimes it says True to size, other styles might say Runs Small; so this important detail to help order the correct size. I had no reply to my email query so a few days later I tried the online chat. A complete waste of time. Over 3 hours after I began I received an email which totally ignored my query and told me to look at the size and fit information!

Love the products, terrible customer services

I’ve been wearing vivobarefoots for about 10 years and love them. However the sole of my recent pair of trackers started coming away so I returned them after first contacting customer services in November. After many emails and long waits in phone queues I’ve only just got the refund - I finally got help via a comment on social media. I have been without boots while waiting for the refund. Really disappointing customer services. Sadly I’m not sure I’ll be buying another pair and will be looking for an alternative.

Perfect shoes and perfect customer service

The shoes are perfect. Love them because they fit me best and make walking healthy again.Also I recently had a problem with my return shipment. I was lucky and got connected to Tom Wilding from their support team. I can only say that this was customer service at its best. Thoughtful, friendly and instant help. I wish every help desk agent would be like Tom!

Customer service

Emailing, phone calling = useless Once you get onto the chat on the their website it’s great customer service.First Yusra was really helpful on getting my initial return done. Then after I lost the coupon Tom Wilding was really helpful and went above be beyond what I’d expect which has really changed my opinion on vivos customer service.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, very slow at getting back and they don't read or respond to your specific query. I got a lot of copy and paste responses to a very simple question. They just didn't bother to respond in the end.
