My tickets are not available. I have a confirmed order number that refers me to the a for vivid. I follow the link but no tickets there and no indication of the order

Fraudulent tickets , missed show and no money refunded
I purchased tickets at a premium price to a show, they delivered and then disappeared from my Apple wallet 2 hours before the show. I spent 2 hours on live chat with vivid seats trying to figure out what happened. They couldn’t figure it out. The venue said the tickets were fraudulent. Vivid Seats is impossible to reach to get anything solved. I am still waiting for someone to reach me for a refund.
