I made a change with a previous order…
I made a change with a previous order that was confirmed. However, when I received the material, it turns out that the change was not made . I chatted with someone who has now allegedly corrected the issue and will be shipping out my replacement postcards.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been a long time customer with Vista Print for business cards, etc. Vista Print is simply the best! Through the years, I have had stellar help with formatting etc. Emails and calls are answered quickly and edits happen fast. Recently, customer service has been especially outstanding! I had an issue because of new templates. Staff (John, etc.) worked tirelessly with me over a few weeks to perfect my order. Truly, I have received the BEST customer service EVER anywhere!! An unusual issue was solved and they made sure I was happy. Bravo! Thank you!

I recently had an issue with the print quality of my order, including darker-than-expected colors and uneven folding on a bi-fold brochure.I contacted VistaPrint customer service via chat, and I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Great Customer Service
My business cards came out great except one of the colors came out gray instead of dark green. I contacted customer support and they resolved the problem by sending me a corrected order, free of charge.

I was so impressed with the assistance provided through their Chat. I had an older graphic I'd used several years ago that wouldn't move into a new project. I'd given my project the old "I get this figured out..." No luck. I had a simple chat and was so impressed by the kindness and friendly conversation throughout. Everything was taken care of above and beyond my expectations. It was refreshing and wonderful.

I ordered a custom stamp
I ordered a custom stamp, paid for expedited shipping. It was supposed to be here Wednesday but will not be here until Thursday! I won't ever order anything from this place again! If they were a good supplier, they would refund my shipping but of course if they can't ship on time I'm sure I won't see any refund!
