I bought Versace slippers and they are very comfortable and of highest quality. Also pretty cheap at 50$! Not from versace.com but still the same brand.

LOST TIME

It rarely happens that something upsets me enough to take the time to write a review, but this time I will make an exception.My first order from the Versace online store had a clear reason — it was a gift, and I was genuinely looking forward to receiving the original Versace packaging. Until now, I had mainly ordered from resellers.I placed the order at the last minute before my holiday and was thrilled with the fast delivery via UPS. The outer packaging was perfect, very sturdy. The gift box was beautiful, and the swimwear was stored in a nice “neoprene-style” pouch. The swimwear had all the authenticity tags attached. That made the disappointment even worse when I took a closer look. The inside was dirty and smelled of cheap perfume.At first, I considered throwing the swimwear straight into the washing machine, but then I realized I would have to remove all the tags. Besides, why should I do that when it’s not my fault? Yes — because it was supposed to be a gift for a holiday that starts in two days.I immediately contacted customer service and requested an investigation. The result? I can return the item and receive a refund. As an “apology,” I was offered expedited shipping for a new item. Seriously? Spend more money and hope the new item will be fine, when the holiday is already just two days away?Case closed — no compensation, nothing. I originally believed that ordering directly from the manufacturer at full price was the perfect idea when buying a gift. Now I know for certain that there will definitely not be another order.I hope this unpleasant experience at least encourages the company to implement much stricter quality control before shipping. Unfortunately, in my case, it resulted in nothing but LOST TIME.

I am incredibly disappointed with VERSACE

I am incredibly disappointed with Versace. My daughter purchased a beautiful purse for me in Milan, and the zipper hardware fell off. I went to the store in NYC, and they stated they needed to contact the store in Milan; I never heard from them again. My daughter returned to Milan, and VERSACE stated they had the hardware piece, and the day she was to pick it up, they stated it would take longer. First, they stated they would definitely take care of the issue. I am sure you can see that nothing has been resolved. The purse is beautiful, but unusable because I can not close it. For a bag at this price point, this is unacceptable. It is such a shame to have such poor customer service from an expensive company. I definitely do not recommend Versace. For a bag at this price point, this is unacceptable.I reached out for a simple repair, and they have been unhelpful, dismissive, and incredibly slow to respond.

Not a great website

Pretty awful, I shop at Versace quite often though I'm more of an Hermes/Loro person generally. Website doesn't have useful size guides (an item is listed in s/m/l and the size guide gives conversion from italian size numbers to cm/in). Emailing support has given little help. I've missed out on a few items I wanted because of this so Versace are off my shopping list after years of wearing their items.

DO NOT BUY FROM VERSACE IT IS CRAP AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR JUNK

I ordered a ring $625 and only wore it a few times. Last time I went o to wear it it looked awful, pitiful, had lost all of it's luster and was pretty disgusting. I called and spoke to Ashley in customer service. She instructed me to take photos of everything and sent to her for review. I had the original order the original boxes and tags of authenticity. She responded that they could not do anything for me as it was past the warranty period. So I'm writing a review DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VERSACE. THE PRODUCT IS CRAP AND SO IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Incorrect item sent

Incorrect item sent. Customer service unable to replace with the correct one. Instead a long and arduous process to send return label, send item back. Wait for item to be received back to Versace and then wait excess of 3 weeks for refund to be processed. Poor supply chain, bad customer experience. Generally painful for the customer. Avoid buying from Versace.com

No extended returns policy for Christmas

Just be aware, there is no extended returns policy for Christmas; Versace may not be a good choice for surprise presents as you need to buy early to avoid stock issues.

Online Returns - 1000% Disaster

1000% disaster. I ordered some shirts (slim fit received, not stated in the description). I had to re-order the items. The items returned had their security tags in them as stated. I sent the return in 04/Nov (as per their online process), after a lot of chasing, they finally confirmed receipt on 24/Nov. Its now 28/Dec, its nearly 40 days since they confirmed receipt. In effect I have now paid x2 for the shirts - as no refund.I have asked for their complaints process via email on a number of occasions, they have not provided and either do not respond, or if they do, they provide no information (“we are chasing this for you”).The brand is a disaster and there is no way I would order again or purchase from their stores.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. The Barocco Travel Mug I bought was not the quality advertised, and customer service made resolving the issue far more stressful than necessary. Even though they acknowledged the problem, they refused to offer any solution that didn’t require me to spend more of my time returning and reordering. For such a big brand, this level of customer care is extremely underwhelming.)

I bought the logo drew Chelsea boots and the sole split on one of them within 5 weeks. Of course I'm outside the return window. Do not buy their footwear. Terrible quality

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my purchase, and even more so with the process of getting my watch repaired. When you invest in a product, you expect excellent customer, not something mediocre. I will not be purchasing anything else from Versace, either online or in store. I’d rather buy a knockoff than spend my money on a subpar product. I would put 0 start I lost 1000 dollars They stealingIf you want not to loose your money never use again

Good experience

My husband visited Versace New Market recently, seeking for a pair of sunglasses and was assisted by a middle aged- Asian gentleman and he reported that the interaction lasted less than three minutes during which the salesperson demonstrated exemplary professionalism and product knowledge. Great job!

Extremely Disappointed – Major Safety Concern IgnoredIf I could give zero stars, I would. I'm deeply disappointed with how my recent concern was handled. I reached out about what I believe to be a serious defect in the product — specifically, the enamel on the cup appears flawed and could pose a health risk if ingested. This isn’t a minor cosmetic issue — it’s a potential safety hazard that should warrant immediate attention, possibly even a recall.Instead of acknowledging or investigating the problem, they responded by automatically initiating a return — putting the burden entirely on me, the customer. This might be acceptable in routine cases, but not when there's a legitimate safety concern involved.To outline the problems with the return process:They are requiring the product to be returned before any resolution, despite the safety risk it may pose.While the return label is prepaid, I’m still expected to travel to a UPS drop-off location — which I cannot do, as I don’t have access to a vehicle.They assume I have a printer to print the label. I do not — and arranging one would cost me additional time and money.Most frustrating of all, the customer service has yet to show any real understanding or care about the core issue. I’ve received generic, robotic responses, with no indication that the potential defect is being investigated. The whole experience feels like an attempt to sweep a substandard product under the rug rather than taking responsibility.This is far from the quality and service I expect from a brand that markets itself as "luxury." I sincerely hope they rethink how they handle serious product complaints — and how they treat their customers.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unworthy of a Luxury Brand

I am utterly appalled by my recent experience with Versace.fr and UPS.I placed an order on 17 September for a gift, with delivery promised on 19 September. Shortly after, I was informed of a delay of one day. I accepted this in good faith, trusting the reputation of a luxury house such as Versace. However, not only did the package fail to arrive on the revised date, but upon checking UPS, I discovered yet another delay.To make matters worse, instead of delivering the parcel to my home as promised, UPS simply dumped it at a Proxi collection point far from my residence without even attempting delivery. I was never given the option to choose this and it completely defeats the purpose of ordering luxury goods online.I contacted customer service for assistance, only to face further frustration. The representative was unable to provide any solution, could not escalate my complaint, and did not even have the contact details of a superior to whom I could explain the gravity of the situation. This is shockingly inefficient and unacceptable.The consequences for me were significant:I took time off and arranged to work from home on Friday to receive this delivery. The parcel never arrived.I was left without a gift for an important birthday celebration on Saturday, and had to urgently find a last-minute replacement.The entire experience caused unnecessary stress, embarrassment, and wasted time.For a brand like Versace, this level of service is disgraceful. When customers choose to shop with a luxury Maison, they do so with the expectation of excellence, reliability, and care at every step. What I experienced was the complete opposite: delay, inefficiency, lack of accountability, and zero customer support.I strongly urge Versace to reconsider its logistics and customer care policies. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend ordering from Versace.fr. Luxury is not only about the product but also the experience, and this was anything but.UPDATE on 22.09.2025 :As if the delays, mis delivery, and lack of proper customer service were not enough, I finally went to collect the parcel accompanied by the very friend whose birthday this gift was meant for last Saturday, only to discover that the wishing card I had specifically included with the order was missing.This was the final straw. The whole point of ordering from a luxury Maison such as Versace is not only the product itself, but the complete experience and attention to detail. To receive the gift late, at the wrong location, after wasting a day waiting at home, and ultimately without the card that should have been part of the presentation is utterly unacceptable.Versace’s proposed “gesture” of free express shipping on a future order remains insulting and dismissive. After the stress, embarrassment, wasted time, and now an incomplete order, this falls far below what one should expect from a brand of this level.What should have been a special moment was ruined from start to finish. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in ordering from Versace again.UPDATE on 23.09.2025 :After all the delays, mis delivery, wasted time, and a missing gift card, Versace has now tried to blame me for their mistake.I know I selected the gift option, removed the price, and typed a message. It was an important part of the order. If their system failed to process it, that is their responsibility, not mine. Instead of owning up, they’ve chosen to push the fault onto the client.This attitude is shocking for a luxury brand. True luxury is about seamless service and accountability, not excuses and blame-shifting. At this point, Versace has failed me at every step of the client journey and then added insult to injury by refusing to take responsibility.A Maison of this stature should do far better. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in ordering from them again.UPDATE on 24.09.2025 :After delays, misdelivery, wasted time, a missing gift card, and repeated excuses, Versace has now refused to provide any compensation whatsoever. Even worse, they tried to deny features of their own checkout system and shifted the blame onto me instead of acknowledging their failures.I have now had to invoke French consumer law (Code de la consommation, articles L.217-1 and following) and formally warn Versace that, unless a proper resolution is provided, I will escalate this matter to the médiateur de la consommation and, if necessary, to the DGCCRF via SignalConso.It is simply unacceptable that a so-called luxury Maison treats its clients in this way. Luxury is not just about the product, but the service, the trust, and the attention to detail. Versace has failed on all counts.A truly HORRENDOUS experience that has destroyed my trust in ordering from them agai

Non-working Versus watch as gift

My daughter got a versace watch as a gift. She tried setting it for the 1st time but it did not work. I contacted Versus Versace since the brochure it came with said that they have a 24 month warranty (besides the fact that it NEVER worked). This is what they responded "We regret to inform you that, unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with the repair, as Timex no longer manufactures watches for the Versus line. This means that the spare parts required for your watch are no longer available." What in the world does this mean?!?! Would anyone know how I can go about it?

Terribly Quality and Awful Customer Service

Do not buy their underwear !! It is shockingly cheaply made. I thought I had bought something special for my partner as a Christmas gift. And it was truly shocking and disappointing to see that the underwear is fraying after only 3 or 4 wears. The stitching on the straps is coming undone and the underwear is now falling apart. And all of this for close to £70 !! It is beyond words how cheated and taken advantage of I feel. I would honestly expect better from H&M, let alone an established fashion house like Versace. I contacted them to complain with pictures of the damage. And I was told they "can confirm that we have not found any material or manufacturing defects ". Wow !! So does that mean that they expect their underwear to fall to pieces within weeks? Gianni will be spinning in his grave.Certainly won't ever buy anything from them again.

they refused refund for a returned item

I ordered 2 scarf, and returned one in perfect condition: unused, and all tags attached, with all the original wrapping paper and everything. They refused the refund, claiming the item is used and has a stain. With a big tag attached, there is no way I could have worn it and stained it! If there is a stain, they stained it when handling the return. I tried talking to the customer service in vain. They refused to listen to reasons, are so unfair and unkind. I could not even believe that a big company like this treats their customers this way. Stay away from Versace every one. Do not trust them.
