Purchased a varidesk on Oct 2022
Purchased a varidesk on Oct 2022, as of 6/28 the motor has died. I contact vari. Their solution is to send me a replacement unit, but just for the control panel. I have to bring it to fed ex to ship the rest back to them. Do yourself a favor and buy a generic for 1/4 the cost. The quality isn't as great as advertised, it's just as quick to die out as the cheaper generics. And the customer service is an absolute joke. They project resolutions like they are doing you a massive favor, and then act like it was a good deed they set up a time for fed ex to come strong arm the rest of their desk back

Do not engage this company for service
I have been waiting on this company to finish scope that they initially started in April. At the time, they took payment in full but never disclosed that they didn't have all the items in stock. We are still waiting on them to complete this scope. They claimed that they've "escalated" this internally but it has netted no results. They are unable to turn around simple design and plan changes in appreciably short periods of time and put up resistance when asked to do so EVEN when the changes are required because they failed to review redlines. On top of all of this, our CEO decided to order a suite of furniture from them and double the size of our office wall order. From the outset, they've pushed back delivery timelines for their stock. They don't seem to have any measure of sophistication to their internal organizational structure. They are disjointed, disorganized, and bereft of 101-level customer service skills. Working with this company has felt like I'm in some cruel experiment or an episode of the twilight zone.

Refused Refund - Do Not Buy From Here
I bought a standing stool from them, pretty expensive item at £325, I wasn't wild about the finish and quality from the start. After a few weeks (beyond their returns policy), the stool started to squeak really loudly so I contacted VariDesk. They do not take the customer at their word so I had to supply a video. They offered me a replacement and stated that if it started squeaking again that "other customers had success with WD40", clearly admitting that there is a problem with the manufacture of all their stools. I refused and asked for a refund but they then just ignored me. I have been waiting a month and nothing.

A very bad company to deal with
A very bad company to deal with. I paid $600 for a standing desk a month ago. They took a long time to deliver it, and it was only half the parts delivered. So the desk is useless. I have been calling them and emailing them, and they have been lying to me about the remaining parts not being delivered. At this point, Varidesk stole $600 from me.
