I was worried about shipping a car during the winter, but after a few delays (due to winter storms throughout the entire country) all went well. The car was delivered timely, which was important to my family. They were very good about communicating about the delays and issues. I was very pleased with that. Really good price for shipping the car too! Very good Experience.
We needed last minute auto transport and these guys jumped on it right away. When the driver notified us that he would be a day late picking U.S. auto transport found another driver immediately. The driver was absolutely amazing with communication and even delivered the car a day early directly to our home. I’d definitely recommend this company for all of your auto transport needs.
This company is a fraud. Beware. The quote they provided me was under the assumption that the car could drive on to the transport however the car would not start therefore the quote increased because a truck with a winch was needed. Finally the car was able to start but the company claims the original contract amount increased for an additional 4 to 7 hundred dollars. The excuse was there are no drivers in that area for the amount quoted and contracted for. The agent knew he couldn't honor the original quote so he lied to gain my business. They now refuse to issue any refund for the deposit amount but continue to contact me asking for an additional amount to paid upon delivery of my vehicle. There is no safe guard or guarantee that the contracted amount will be honored once the contract is signed. Be Aware!! This can happen to anyone whenever this company decides to make more money from helpless customers. I plan to contact the BBB and obtain a lawyer to disclose this deceitful business. Like they say, the cheapest quote isn't always the best one. You get what you pay for. Since posting this review the company contacted me and threaten to cancel the contract unless I remove this review. I also contacted the BBB. This company is fraud told me price and keep screwing around when they can do it and i told them to cancel not willing to credit me my deposit will update soon how refund situation work will be reporting this matter this is ridiculous
I signed an agreed contract after speaking with their representative on 1/05/2026. Agreed to pay $500.00 for shipping my car from Calumet City, IL to Tampa , FL. I paid a $200 deposit balance of $500 to be paid upon delivery of my vehicle which was initially scheduled on 1/07/2026. My husband waisted most of the day waiting & it was cancelled due to driver non-availability. Rescheduled the following week and Katie called and canceled again this time, carrier was not insured. Rescheduled for February 5,2026, she said Driver requested $700. I reminded her of our contract and she became very rude and she added she did not care who I filed a complaint with.
they are classic bait and switch. scammers.LOOKOUT for mr. jackson ( as he identifies himself)they signed a contract to move cars from ny to fl and on the day they were supposed topick up the car, jacked up the prices, asking for more than double the original amount.i had also booked a return with them, for which i also paid a reservation fee of $250 . i no longer want to use their services, for the last month, i have been asking them to refund the money. wrote many emails, phone calls texts. but they refuse to . by the way, they insist on wire transfers instead of credit card, so they can get away with this fraud.
I accepted a quote for $450, the lowest bid for transporting an auto purchased in Salt Lake City to Bremerton, WA. The person I talked to ( Mike) provided me a contract which it stated a deposit of $200 was necessary and the balance of $250 was to be paid to the driver upon delivery. The deposit was actually $207 including a $7 transaction fee. The date to pickup arrived and Mike called to now say that the price to pick up the car was now $500 and no one would deliver for $250 and all the others who offered me $475 would not also do it for under $500. I complained loudly and hung up. Read the fine print on the contract as they have you under their thumb. If you challenge them they will go after you. Trusted contracted shippers that arrange car pickups do not collect in advance and do not charge you a $207 booking fee. I have verified that with reputable shippers. In the end, I ended up paying the very nice driver $500. Mike said he would do me a favor by giving me a credit on my card of $50. Still this was a bill of $657 instead of $450. They should not be trusted, period!

Worst freight company to work with ever. They will offer you a very cheap rate at the beginning, but right after booking and on the pick-up day, they will double the contract amount, and you'll never be able to get a refund for that.
Started a little rocky but they came trough in the end. Price was right and even refunded an earlier failed attempt. Once we got agreed on everything. And in all honesty the holidays were a factor, but once we got everything going it went off without a hitch. Fees were correct as well. Would definitely recommend them. Abd another thing I appreciate md was they never bad mouthed other companies like a lot of these guys do.
Initial quote for 400$ TOTAL for transfer I made an initial 207$ deposit on 11/22/25 with guarantee deliver by the 30th when I had not received a confirmation call I called the company the person on the text is Katie Sherman she proceeds to tell me the driver wont deliver vehicle unless I pay an additional 400$ for total of 600$ I told her not only NO !! Start a refund now this was on 11/30/25 she tells me the refund will take 5 days today is 12/19/25 still NO refund. I have asked the Attorney General State of Florida to please investigate this company this company due to having SEVERAL customers online complaints of the not honoring quotes and appear as deceptive practice DO NOT DO business with these people
I had a very good experience shipping my brand-new Ford Bronco from Texas to North Carolina. The vehicle was picked up on time, and the best part was that it arrived one day earlier than expected.Jackson assisted me throughout the entire shipment and kept me consistently updated on the status. Their rates are very competitive compared to others in the market, which was a big plus.What I liked most about US Cargo Freight is that they provide insurance coverage up to $250,000 during transit, so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your vehicle. The service they provide is truly top-notch.If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would—this company genuinely deserves it.
Don’t trust this company, they are unprofessional and unreliable. They gave the driver the wrong address for the pickup. Because of that I had to drive forty minutes to meet the driver in another city and to make the matters worse they blamed the driver for their mistakes. Zero accountability.
I recently moved from Michigan to Florida for work and didn’t want to drive such a long distance, so I decided to ship my vehicle instead. After being contacted by many companies, I chose US Cargo Freight—and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.They showed up on time and delivered my vehicle exactly as promised. The driver was extremely professional and took great care of my car. An added bonus is that they are fully insured, which gave me extra peace of mind. Their service was truly top-notch, and I honestly believe they are one of the best in the industry.Their rates are also very competitive compared to others in the market. I will definitely use them again in the future when I move back. They truly deserve a 5-star rating!
Don't trust them, they're scammers. Don't give them a deposit. You sign for $800 for delivery, then when you're supposed to pick up the car, they double the price and don't return the deposit.
This company is a rip off. Didn’t pick up on time then increased the price. Didn’t deliver on time and again increased the price. Took an extra 4 days and $400. Stay away. I’m trying to warn anyone considering this company. You read the horror stories, this is one of them.

Do not use this company !!!!!They use predatory quoting tactics To rope you into to signing a deposit/quote Then they duck and dodge you for a week stringing you along until they triple your price they quoted you. I am contacting the attorneys general in hopes of having them investigated so they are forced to close or do the right thing! This is a horrible company
Day 7: Still No Refund – This Company is Dishonest!I want to be very clear about my experience. The representative over the phone was adamant for two days straight, trying to convince me that I had to put in $300–$400 more in order to get my car shipped. He kept insisting “that’s what it is,” when in reality it was not what I agreed to. Furthermore, he told me I would not get a refund because I was breaking the contract. I told him directly that I was not breaking the contract—they were, because they failed to provide the service we agreed upon. That is a breach of contract on their part.Despite that, he refused to return my money. Everything he said was misleading and untruthful. I only just saw their reply here on Trustpilot at 1:00 AM this morning, where they claimed they had already processed a refund and that it would reflect in 5–7 business days. In reality, today marks the seventh day—I have checked my bank account and there is no refund, no email, no message, and no phone call from them at all.On top of this, I have been shipping my car for the last 20 years—this is my fifth time using auto transport—and I have never had a company try to raise the agreed-upon price after I signed and paid the deposit. Every other transporter I’ve worked with has always honored the original quote. I have never even heard of a legitimate company saying, “the price might change.” That is not how this industry works, and it shows how dishonest this company truly is.Their words and actions do not align. They only wrote their response here because of my review, but in reality, they have not refunded me or communicated with me in any way. The representative I dealt with was dishonest, pushy, and completely unprofessional.Stay away from this company—they are not truthful, they breach agreements, and they will take advantage of you.
