I had a very bad stomach bug and cough. I developed dehydration and Rob from Urgent care arranged an appointment at the clinic in Medellin first time on 18 Feb. Then a few days later on 23 Feb I had a relapse and he sent a doctor to my hotel. I had the same Doctor Luisa on both occasions and she is the best. Professional, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you to all.
Luisa was available Saturday morning for a consultation and prescription. She is thorough.
I had a stomach ache so I was looking for an English speaking doctor to examine me. It was easy to book a same day appointment, doctor Luisa was very helpful, she examined me and answered all my questions. I feel a lot better now.
Dr. Luisa was such a bright light during a tough time. I was traveling from the US and got very sick with food poisoning and she set me up with meds that had me feeling better within days.
Had a great experience with Dr. Luisa. She heard about our daughters symptoms and mine. She gave me a cocktail of things to treat something that had been ongoing for a week. Really appreciated her timeliness and sensitivity to my preferences. She was able to recommend things that aligned with those. Highly recommend.

I had recently slammed my finger into a car door and it was full of blood and swelling. I was searching for a doctor here in Medellin. When I got here Dr. Luisa was absolutely incredible. She was very confident she knew what to do. She treated my injury very well. She even sent me instructions for what to do afterwards and she's offered to stay in touch to make sure that I'm okay while I'm traveling which is very reassuring. So anyways, I would just like to say that I would highly recommend going to this urgent care. No doubt if anything comes up you'll be treated well
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Luisa. I came a few days after a 2nd degree moto burn on my leg and she was nothing short of amazing. It's been 3 weeks since my visit and she's still been able to answer my questions and alleviate any concern via text. I know for sure I wouldn't be able to receive the same level of experience in the States as I've received here with Dr. Luisa!

Dr. Luisa is an excellent doctor. I've visited her a couple of times for different reasons. The visit I had today was to treat an infection I had in both of my thumbs that was the result of biting my fingernails. She was thorough in the examination and prescribed me the necessary antibiotics. She has a great personality on top of being an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her.

I recently inhaled some water into my lungs which caused a chest infection. I contacted urgent care Colombia at 7:30am and had a telehealth appointment at 8:30am same day. Dr. Luisa listened to my symptoms and made good suggestions on how to reduce symptoms as well as writing a prescription for meds to fight off a bacterial infection. I was very concerned about a recent exposure with a new partner. So I went into the clinic to see one of the doctors and they provided me a quick full panel std and sti test which gave me very accurate results within 15 mins. I was able to receive the care without judgment, gain accurate insights within 15 mins and walk out with a prescription from the doctor in a total of 20 mins. This place is very efficient and effective on sexual disease testing and treatment. I would highly recommend

I used Urgent Care Colombia twice in the last year - Once in Medellin and Bogota. In Medellin, I've had issues with my stomach and scheduled a tele-health visit. The doctor mentioned it could be the amount of traveling I've been doing and gave me a medicine protocol to help my stomach. Within 3 weeks of taking the medicines and vitamins, I was able to go to the bathroom more frequently. As of today, I have not had any issues with my stomach. The gut bacteria has gone away and my body is digesting the food a lot better.On the second visit to Urgent Care Colombia, I had just flown from Argentina to Bogota and feeling super run down. I was thinking it could be Covid but the tele-health doctor mentioned it could be a weird strand of the flu that has been going around in the early part of 2024. He recommended taking these cold / flu medicines. I was out for about 2-3 days, in bed with cold sweats. After taking the medicine, I felt 110% better and was able to travel back to Medellin.Overall, I enjoyed the tele-health and the quick prescriptions helped me out a lot! Being able to speak to the doctors in English was a major plus as my Spanish is not medical conversational so that gave me a lot of assurance!
