Excellent organization

These individuals have been great to work with. Unfortunately they've chosen, maybe the wrong parcel delivery service.Placed an order on 11 Feb for a Signature, OWB holster, for my G28, which I'm switching to as CCW from my normal G20. The shipment shows delivered on 17 Feb. Haven't located it yet and no one seems to have accidently picked it up.The chosen delivery service for Urban Carry is the USPS.Urban Carry sent ANOTHER holster, at their expense, again using the USPS parcel delivery provider and here is the delivery notice for the SECOND unit:Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 2:15 pm on February 27, 2026 in DALLAS, TX 75204.Spent Feb 27-28 and Mar 01 trying to locate it. We will wait until the office opens to see if someone accidently picked it up from the common mail room. This isn't our fist experience of delivery issues with any/all of the services (FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, etc.)The delivery service providers have apparently, unilaterally, determined that if you live at 3607 ZZZ Ave, and you requested delivery to your front door, we, the delivery service, will deliver it to 3711 XXX Ave, say we delivered it (to the front door or porch in some cases) but then take photographic evidence that they delivered it to some other address (3711 XXX Ave). I know - where in the world does 3711 = 3607, is this the new match I read about?UPDATE 1334 CST: the second shipment was located today - still not sure about what to do about the first one but this group has been fantastic to deal with. Apologies to Liezel and Brett for having to deal with the frustration of fixing an issue that they didn't create

Above average product; but they are without a customer service division. Lost product

Product is pretty good, however, their customer service is without.I purchased 4 holsters 4 different times.First two went without a hitch and in fact, came sooner than I expected on both occasions. The third time, issues with website resulted in several attempts to order holster. It too came quickly.I ordered a 4th holster and it never arrived. It could have been put in the wrong mailbox but again not my problem.I contacted the company via email and was told it could take up to 72 hours to respond. If it takes a company's customer service department to respond within 72 hours, then they obviously have issues.Anyway, problem here, is that I need the holster to be here no later than this coming Friday (3/22/2024). They told me I had to wait 15 days before submitting a claim.Since I live here in the communist state of California I need to have a holster to qualify with a weapon that I want to add to my CCW permit. If its not here by Friday, I can either cancel my training appointment or instead go purchase one locally to get past the trainingFurther, company told me that I had to ask neighbors and check with the office at my complex. Only issue here is that I live in a condo and we have no office. I also checked with all my neighbors who indicated that it wasnt left with them.Company kept referring to website that said it was delivered on 3/16 and therefore, in their opinion, I had received the product.Did I mention that they sneak a lost package fee in and if you dont unclick it, you get charged, so if you purchase a product from these guys, look at the invoice carefullyIn any event, if the product isn't here shortly, I will be disputing charge with CC company. In fairness, product is better than what I expected for the price and would have been a customer for life but having my integrity questioned, I'm out.So despite offering a pretty decent product, beware of the extremely poor and inefficient customer serviceUPDATE:The holster did arrive in my locked mailbox on 3/19 and as I have stated previously, it was above average in quality; especially for their price. With that said, instead of shoving a screenshot indicating that in was delivered; it might be wiser to assume the customer may be telling the truth and do a little research beforehand. One last thing I would like to add that if you do order from this company, I would opt for the package insurance based upon my last experience with these guys.
