Our Customer service agent was wonderful. She worked with my brother for hours to activate my service. Eventually we found that difficulties were in my new phone. I am using unreal service now with my old phone and are awaiting a new phone. Present service is fine, special thanks to the rep that helped us yesterday.

RUN....... UNREAL IS JUST HOW IT IS UNREAL. THEY ADVERTISE UNLIMITED BUT IT IS NOT AT ALL ITS CAPPED AND THEY WILL TURN OFF YOUR SERVICE AND STATES ITS IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU ADVERTISED UNLIMITED THAT IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE NOT SOME HIDDEN TERMS TO LIMIT YOUR SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST. FIND ANOTHER CARRIER. THEY WORK WITH REDPOCKET AND DON'T EVEN KEEP THE SAME HOURS.

When UnReal Mobile has System Problems…
When UnReal Mobile has System Problems that impact it's customers (like the many times this has happened to me). The companies' System Problems are not communicated to it's customer Service staff and the executive staff immediately, There is no plan for the company to communicate with it's customers quickly I've had too many times when my cell phone stops. I will call the Unreal Mobile Customer Service to let them know their systems are not working, and the customer service person does not know what has happened, and it takes days for the company to solve their problems. It is sad the Company does NOT have a "Customer Centric Company". When I ask to speak with the Companie's Senior Executive, the answers have been "NO"I would like Companies Senior Executive to call me on my cell phone at 206-713-6515
