This site unlockcellphonecode.com is scam, l paid for my nokia lumia code since oct sept 28, 2014. Till now, i havnt heard anything from them. They are fake!

SCAM
Paid my money, they never sent a code, they never replied to any communications, their phone number is dead. They have an "F" from the Better Business Bureau. It appears they are just a scam operation.

WTF?!?! give me my code or my money back
It has now been 9 days and no code yet...send 3 emails and no replys.....used their service last year and had no problems...looks like things have changed dramatically. if you cant provide the code (especially after tripling the anticipated wait time)...refund the money..its simple

100% Scan and Fraudulant Site - Even their # listed here is Out of Service
I was in a rush and should have done more research about this company. On May 5th I requested and paid for an unlock code, got a confirmation email for my purchase but that is the only thing I have received from the company. Their "Live Support" chat service they offer on the site has been "Offline" 24/7 since I placed my order and they wont reply to my emails. Lucky for me, I work for the bank holder of my debit card and wont have a problem getting my money back. I tried to be patient with this website but I warn others to not use their site, as their database will be taken down one way or another at the hands of those who know how to hack into servers like they use. It'll be a hard lesson learned for Unlockcellphonecode.com

I should've reviewed first
I purchased a code last night and haven't gotten anything yet. I was a bit suspicious as why they didn't have a PayPal account, now I see why. I'll be waiting to see if they respond my e-mail or send me the right code. As I can see from their answers towards the reviewers they don't have the minimal customer service attitude, they seem very rude. I will be back to review them again once I have received my code.

These guys are crooks!
I requested their help exactly one month ago today and paid via credit card. I received a confirmation email but after that I heard nothing. I sent several polite emails but received no reply. I also left a message on their Facebok page asking them to speak to me but they deleted my message and blocked me from their Facebook page. I don´t know what else I can do - it looks like I´ve lost my money.

paid the fee and has been 4 days,no code . several attempts to contact with no reply. phone number on site for them is not in service. total scam!!!!!!!!! do not fall for there scam!!!!!!!

Still not gave up on this
I did the purchase 3 days ago and it was supposed that I was going to get the code within 48 hours. I sent 3 emails and I have still not answer, I'm starting to freak out, because I'm starting to really believe that it was a scam. I'll give it another day. If I still have no answer, well, I guess it was a scam, and all the bad reviews are true.

13 days no response, no reply to email and voicemail box "not taking calls"
Requested an unlock code that had a 2-6 day turn around time, on the 8th business day sent a polite email requesting status, no reply. Two days later sent another email, still no reply. Called their # on my credit card statement, received "The subscriber is not taking calls at this time". Filed a dispute with my credit card company and IA Better Business Bureau. They no longer accept Paypal so that tells me that Paypal cancelled their account.

11 days, multiple emails, attempted use of 24/7 live chat... nothing.
I have tried contacting this company repeatedly with no response regarding a code for a Verizon Razr Maxx. I understand that things often take longer than originally anticipated but feel that I have allowed ample time as well as opportunity to reply with an update. There is no phone or address on the invoice so feel at a complete loss. No code. No refund. Nothing.

TOTAL RIP OFF
I PAID THIS SITE FOR UNLOCK CODE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING (ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS) I HAVE SENT MANY E-MAILS ASKING FOR A REFUND WITH NO REPLY. NOW HAVING TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT CARD COMP....DONT WAST YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM!!!!

A total ripoff
I was forwarded to this site. I paid for an unlock code for my Samdung Focus. The code arrived within the hour. I tried all of the unlock procedures provided and they didn't work. They promise a money back guarantee. So, I sent an email requesting an refund and explaining the problem. They didn't respond. I tried again. Finally, I complained to PayPal (that's how I paid). Then I got a reply. I was asked for a video showing me trying to unlock the phone. I sent it. No response, but on PayPal there was a message that they were helping me. No mail to me and ultimately no refund. This guy is a fraud. Don't use this web site!
