Poor

Shocking. Bought tickets to harry styles. Payment been pending for a week. No way to ring universe or their sister site Ticketmaster Not good after service at all Do not take payment if you can't issue tickets

Awful buying experience. Cannot get any password to work. Requires 15 yes 15 no really actually 15 characters - they must be joking tried "fifteen****ingcharactersyoumustbejoking" but it rejected it for **** sake.

This company is causing me severe anxiety

I keep receiving emails asking for proof of disability for my son - I have sent the details and continue to keep getting emails. I have the tickets for disney pixar and yet keep getting emails from bots, i think, saying they will be cancelled if I dont send the proof (which I have !)I am travelling to London from afar for disney pixar and i AM STARTING TO WONDER WHETHER this is legit exhibition.I cant ring ticketmaster and cant ring universeUniverse is causing me severe anxiety as I am worried we wont be allowed in if they cancel tickets - THIS IS INSANE - I want a response here please Universe as to why you keep sending me messages asking for documents I have sent over and over again

NEVER EVER ORDER TICKETS FROM UNIVERSE AGAIN!!! this ticket company just robs people of their money and doesn't care about any harm they cause! I ordered family tickets for Mundo Pixar .. unfortunately can't make the date due to double booking, I've asked just to exchange for another date (I've mentioned Tuesdays/Thursdays any time at all) we get told we can't exchange (or refund but we don't want a refund) it stated when buying and also in my confirmation email that to contact ticketing platform for exchanges .. they are being very nasty and saying we can't exchange , yet we've messaged Mundo themselves and they have said universe will sort the problem out! So it's all on universe trying to pocket my money ! We've asked multiple times for help and getting this sorted or to even complain to higher people and how we do that?! We get annoyed completely! Nothing has been resolved YET! we still want to very much attend the event but at the moment I'm in bits that we ain't going to be able to ! This was supposed to be a Christmas present surprise for my children which I now can't announce as we don't know where we stand! I don't have an extra £115 to magically pay this again! And to top it off they tired to say resell the tickets yourself! Well tried to look at even doing that option and of course universe have "disabled transferring" and says contact them directly! LITERALLY GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES! I can't believe this company can't be so heartless in taking peoples money just leaving them in the dark like this! It's disgusting! Please people BEWARE! This company don't care, they are money grabbers!!

I am absolutely appalled by this…

I am absolutely appalled by this company and would warn people not to use them. I booked tickets for Glide at Battersea and somehow managed to book the wrong time. I emailed 2 minutes after realising the error to ask if could change the time to 1pm (we don’t live in London and wouldn’t make the earlier slot). I had booked for 8 people as was booking for friends which was a lot of money. Universe emailed back to say there was nothing they could do. No other company I have dealt with behaves like this. To make matters worse the only way you can get in touch through the Glide website is by using a reference number but no reference number was provided in the email confirmation so I am completely stuck and have lost the money.

Terrible customer service

I tried to upgrade my tickets for an event at the Marriott, but Universe said only the host organizer could upgrade. The host, Marriott, said they couldn't upgrade because Universe was the one who had taken the money. I think they only have AI customer support who can't solve unique problems.

SHIT SHOW

SHIT SHOW. Booked tickets to London fame factory through Universe ticket company. Thats just automatically where you are redirected to from fame factory website. I travelled from Liverpool to London especially to go to fame factory. I incurred travel expenses to do so. My slot was 16.20 on Thursday 4th December so I arrived at 16.00. I was turned away by the manager on the spot, was told it was due to unforeseen circumstances and was told to take it up with universe ticket agents. They cancelled the rest of the slots that day. I contacted universe that day and they replied today to say its not down to them so they tell me to contact fame factory! They also said there will be no refunds. So I'm just being fobbed off. Absolute disgrace. No warning that it was cancelled. No genuine apology. No contact number, just online query forms and email. I'm back up north now so I won't be attending and so far, I've been robbed of £30. DO NOT TOUCH THESE COMPANIES

Disability Discrimination: Bought 2 tickets to see Idlewild

Bought 2 tickets to see Idlewild at the Lighthouse in Dundee but I am disabled and someone suggested I could get a free ticket for my Carer as I need support. The venue told me to as Universe but they refused and said they don’t offer refunds or Carer tickets. Do NOT buy from UNIVERSE as they are not a good company and put PROFITS before People.

Appeared as the legitimate seller of a local gig tickets but price was a few pounds less than the usual online ticket sales. So I have stopped the transaction. The company is in Canada not the UK. Then I read these terrible Trustpilot reviews

Avoid!

I’ve gotten two tickets for the Glasgow Comic Con and I feel victim to the Universe con artists. I’ve selected early entry and when offered an “upgrade” I’ve opted in for it. I used up receiving tickets for the general 12 noon entry and as per the email I contacted the organiser. Universe tells you immediately that now that tickets are delivered - they’re done and to contact the organised. So I did and they confirmed my 12 noon tickets. Avoid booking with Universe.
