A+++++. Wonderful company. Generally ordered from Sportsmith but decided to give them a try. The belts are not only at a better price point but are exceptional. Looks like I found a new gem.

They do not give information on the status of your order, they do not give a tracking number for the package and you do not know if they sent it or when it will arrive
I’ve tried to reach out for customer service many times including by email with no response. Ordered my belts over a week ago with no response.
Ultrafitness can make custom belts which is perfect when you have an older treadmill where it is impossible to find in stock belts. Greg (sales) helped me through the process of measuring my existing belt and order arrived in less than 2 weeks. Belt is now installed (fit perfectly), and treadmill works like new. Amp draw has been reduced by approx 50%. Belt and correct wax based lubricant comes with order as well as detailed instructions.
20 Years in fitness repairs, this is the best tread belt wax I have used.
What a wonderful company. I called the toll free number for support. The person I spoke to was patient and answered all my questions. I placed an order for 5 treadmill belts. Within approximately 3 days— the belts were delivered. I’ve never ordered from this company before but they have my business for life. The quality of these belts is 5 star all the way. I am a service technician for over 30 years.

I purchased the product paid for it and it was not delivered because apparently you missed quoted the shipping price. Extremely disappointed that we had a sale and now you are revoking the actual price.

I was in need of a replacement running belt for my Star-Trac Pro machine and came across Ultrafitness on line while searching around for a replacement. I first went to the Star-Trac site and was dismayed at the price they were asking!! I was blown away by the customer service at Ultrafitness and their willingness to give on-going support after I received the belt and needed to ask some technical questions on how to replace the belt. They were excellent to deal with on the phone, part came in 2 days and fit perfectly! They even thru in the wax for free. Would highly reccomend them!
