I contacted ultimate mats on their website to ask what carpet would be best for the lobby entrance of a residential building and they replied quickly that the super Berber entry mat would be best. There were so many colors to choose from. I selected one and ordered it. They confirmed and let me know when I can expect delivery. It arrived on that day. They were very helpful and checked to make sure I received it. We love our carpet!

I was referred to Ultimate Mats by WaterHog because they provide custom sizing. Very good customer service by answering all my questions about custom measurements and follow up once the mats arrived. Easy to roll out and put in place. They are perfect. My Montana mudroom looks SO good now.
