Trulia all of a sudden listed my property as a REO / post foreclosure when it is not. When I noticed it, I started doing research and they have done this to many homeowners. For someone that is 71 years old this is a very upsetting. I wrote to them, however many homeowners have said they didn't have luck with them fixing it and even when it was fixed, they did it again for the same home. How can they get something so serious as posting someone's home as a foreclosure when it is not? They need to be regulated and held accountable for the emotional toll this takes on homeowners seeing something that is so false, embarrassing and defamatory. I'm not sure how long they have been posting this, but I noticed it yesterday. Realtor.com can get it correct so why is Trulia so unreliable for such important information about someone that can have impacts that Trulia needs to held accountable for.
I just left a review but must notify you of the text responses I received from your agent today showing 119-58 27th ave 3rd floor in queens ny (flushing) . I notified her that I will be reaching out to trulia to leave a review regarding her unprofessionalism. She texted me back to " get a life "
Trulia Renters Don't Respond Back 2-Let U Know If The Unit Accept S8 R Not? 2Percent Out Of 100Dont Answer At All. Wish I Could Give Them A Zero. To Be Honest-Zillow, Hot Pads N Other Rental Sites Don't Really Answer Back. Pissed Poor Sites.
I ordered from diamond stub earrings.DSE!! First of all the earrings looked really pretty on the site. It took me 2 months to receive my earrings I ordered them for a Christmas present. I contacted them they told me the earrings was being made cool. When I received the earrings they was very cloudy I decided to send them back now it's a month later and I'm still waiting on my refund I will not order from them again.I haven't received my refund yet
I replied to apartments for rent on Trulia in my area. I have scammers contacting me from out of state looking for a fee for background check and giving me wrong information on the property. Please beware of these scam artists.
Trulia censors it's members. Unable to answer no if a neighborhood is safe to walk at night. Only gives you a yes and yes button to push. Not ok!
Keller Williams Realty, Huntsville Alabama. Be careful of illegal activities from ROBERT SIMONS and KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO.Using the VA loan, I made an offer on 611 O'Fallon Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35811. The listing states: "NEW Floors, NEW Roof, NEW AMAZING SPA Bathrooms, NEW Paint, NEW Kitchen, NEW Windows! Crisp clean lines and modern design accentuate the bright a large rooms. The two stunning bathroom remodels are complete with new vanities and incredible tile." $1,000 earnest money. Paid $400 for the home inspection. Many issues. Full home inspection report. Especially the foundation and roof. The inspector said the roof is at least 20 years old. Tons of other issues with the house. The VA won't even approve the house because of the roof. The property should have been listed "as is". This is a total scam. Ripping people off. It is false advertising. The listing agent KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO and ROBERT SIMONS and seller were aware of the roof issues. If this was the case, I would have never made an offer on the house. It's been games back and forth. The seller did not offer to replace the roof. I asked for evidence and proof with receipts of the"NEW roof". The seller did not. They purely lied. That's when they backed out and signed the mutual agreement. That's how you know it was a scam. They were aware of the roof issues. I also have information that KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO has scammed and ripped off a client before. She was representing a buyer, house was inspected, roof issues, KELSEY ZWACK PIZZATO told the home inspection company NOT to put roof issues in the home inspection report. This is ongoing behavior of being a scam artist. I have contacted the Alabama real estate commission and the better business bureau. Emailed Keller Williams corporate. Now ROBERT SIMONS of the Keller Williams Huntsville office is threatening to sue me because I posted negative reviews online. He is disrespectful to veterans and said "You must have a bad case of PTSD. "
First ad I looked into was a lie
JJ,Ran into Karla Perkins by chance at a parking lot, and little did I know, she'd be my real estate lifesaver! A while back I bought what I thought was a gem, but turned out to be a bit of a lemon. Karla swooped in, worked her magic, kept me in the loop at all times.WITH SHE TACKLED EVERY ISSUE, BIFG OR SAMLL, grace and expertise. She was an unwavering force during a challenging situation, didn't let any obstacle distract her from helping sell my property. Her resilience and constant reassurance made a daunting process feel manageable. I highly recommend her services, I call Karla “The Special Agent”
Blatant SCAM. Watch the listing no 47224753. It says $2,520/mo, but it's actually per week and I've reported this already two times, and the listing is still there. Huge scam.
So of course everybody looks at real estate on the major sites. I landed on three homes on trulia. Of course after they force you to create an account! All three homes are sold! Land on two or three more! You're either not available or they don't match the search criteria that was entered! I got to tell you the internet is ruining our world! Anything to get your email address and make you log into an account so they can establish a connection to you for all times
The worst car rental establishment I have ever experienced. First, I waited 3 hours at the airport, waiting for a pick-up shuttle. I called the contact number listed on Priceline website without any answer. I began calling Priceline to contact the company, and initially, they had difficulties reaching business. During the numerous phone calls, I was hung up on by a female staff member because my "tone of voice was loud" after waiting 3 hours for shuttle pick. NO SH***T! I was given incorrect shuttle pickup instructions and even told I had the wrong phone number by some alien after i had just hung up with a supposedly Rent Cars 4less staff member. When I spoke to this person, he admitted the pickup instructions were incorrect on Priceline. He then instructed me to go to the rent center at the airport, which was incorrect. I had to catch the airport shuttle back to the airport to the sign indicating "E," where I was finally picked up by a shuttle 3 hours later. I was in tears by now. Once I finally arrived, I had to pay an extra $99 because my insurance coverage at 100k was insufficient. To rent their vehicles, you need 500k coverage. I rented a Nissan Sentra, which was not worth 500k replacement value. It was an overcharge to gain extra funds from their customers. The only reason I tolerated all this nonsense is because I wanted transportation, and my reservation was nonrefundable. This company does not care about their customers. They are MONEY HUNGRY. THE FARES ARE LOW BUT YOU WILL HAVE EXTRA CHARGES THAT ACCUMULATE ON THE FINAL BILL. After waiting 3 hours for a car, I was not offered any discount or free day rental for my inconvenience or to better customer service. I was warned by several staff personnel at the FLL airport that thos company was crap and now I believe them. I will never rent from this company again, and I hope others do not go through what I did with this THIRSTY rental car business. After this traumatic event, I plan to rent only from national car rental chains. It is true, you get what you pay for... and this car rental establishment is the bottom of the chain. PLEASE DON'T RENT CAR FROM RENT CARS 4LESS DANIA. They are not worth your hard earned money.
My daughter and son Inlaw found a house is on Jefferson Street, Belton Missouri and offered full asking price. All they wanted was to move in by the end of July. All financing is in place and they respond back they’re not ready to sell. Sounds like one big scam to me. Just like back in 2008. When the world was scammed out of their homes and all the billionaires bought them up and forced people to the streets.
I have vacant land of 4 acres in Virginia. It's vacant...like a meadow. So why, when I input the address of my land shows a house that's off the market? That is extremely misleading and false.
A profile was automatically created "based on [my] recent activity". I've never heard of this website. Can't even delete the account without contacting them and handing over more info
Very unfortunate that they removed the crime map which was a useful resource. They claim it was because of "bias" and "discrimination" against certain demographics, which makes absolutely zero sense. The real reason is that it will allow them to sell more homes by withholding important data from their customers. Apparently they think that is more important than helping them live in a safe neighborhood, especially those with small children etc.
I have been pleased with the searches and notifications. May I suggest you include the zip code in the initial notice? It takes extra steps to search after you get the notification. Zillow (which I know you are owned by) includes the zip code. Thank you.
I have mixed feelings… I wish I could view all my favs on the map and create collections, there are too many houses to look through and I’m getting demoralized
The negative reviews regarding the realtors on their site are censored. When you write a negative review about a realtor on there, the review is heavily scrutinized to the point of being taken down or just not even posted at all. Their community guidelines have NO policy about reviews that are restrained, truthful and negative. If they happen to hurt the realtor's feelings then so be it, maybe change your behavior so that you don't earn more negative reviews. Once a negative review is submitted, it will likely never be posted. When you contact zillow/trulia (same shady company) about it, you will get a response from Sophie Chen of Manhattan, NY. She will twist herself into knots writing grammatically-poor and vague emails defending the realtor as if Sophie was right there when the realtor called me a **** and refused to honor the original contract we had. Sophie will claim a review that has any negative slant about a realtor they subcontract or want to lure into a subcontract deal, does not deserve to have something so hurtful as a one star review, then will attempt to pick apart the review and question if it is factual. Again, playing pretend investigator and acting as though she was there when the realtor and I had met. It's funny how the positive reviews with racist language in them aren't scrutinized but negative reviews need to be investigated with a fine- toothed comb. I wonder why the negative reviews get the "special" treatment. Realtors pay for pumped up reviews and "premier" status on those two websites and when you already have a thin skin, well, it speaks for itself. Go ahead and try to warn people about a shady realtor with a violent temper. You will find yourself in the exact same situation. Let good ole Sophie Chen know how you feel and how pathetic their customer service is while they pick apart honest reviews to protect their worthless "premier status" realtors.
