Simply unbelievable seller
I bought 2 Nami scooters for 7300€. Both broke during normal operation. I asked the seller for warranty service. The seller stopped all communication and deleted my orders from his database.The sellers ‘service’ premises are situated in his small living room. The qualification of his technician is dubious (the scooter stopped working shortly after his tampering). Before the warranty issues emerged, the seller changed tyres on one of the scooters. He also asked 80€ just for the work, he refused to give any receipt.
