Really shocking and impossible to get any kind of support. Wanted to trial the free plan but got a trial of the Premium plan which was no use to us, would have been interested in a standard plan but there's no way to downgrade and you have to complete the trial. Then try to get support, impossible, it doesn't exist. It's just a complete con to get you to buy a plan you don't need and despite offering a free plan, there's no way to access it.

I use Trello for projects and tasks. The boards and cards are helpful for organizing, but the interface lags a lot with many tasks. It's okay for basic stuff, but can be frustrating. There are probably better options out there.

What a lame company
What a lame company. They make it way too difficult to unsubscribe, a fact that is insulting to their users in this day and age. Avoid. There are way better options out there that are easier to use and won't try to steal your hard earned money.

Stop Altering What Users Write
This platform creates a frustrating experience for developers. Every link is automatically converted into a so-called smart card, and there is no straightforward option to disable this behavior.Sharing code or technical examples becomes awkward because the platform reformats links as if they were promotional teasers. Instead of respecting what the user typed, the software alters the content and displays something different than what was originally written.A system that modifies a person's text without consent is intrusive and counterproductive. It disrupts communication and makes the final result inaccurate. Trello should provide a clear option to disable smart cards and preserve plain links, especially for technical use cases.

They have a manipulative policy that does not give ample warning when you are going to be charged and then will not offer a refund. I was sent a subtle and indirect email about the charge 7 business days prior to the charge. I did not recognize it as a notification of upcoming charges. Then when I contacted them for a refund (which is overly difficult to do) they said they can’t refund it because a “renewal” is different than a “purchase” there is no way to get a refund when they have automatically charged you. It’s a shady business practice. They are not on your side when it comes to ending service with them. Incredibly poor customer service.

This website doesn't provide for a way to stop doing business with them. I have tried multiple times and they keep charging even when i change card number and contact them. Once you give them access to your money, they will never stop charging you. Avoid by all means

I canceled the subscription but they keep charging you
I cancelled the subscription, and then they billed me again. After I sent them evidence that I cancelled the subscription, they replied that it is their policy not to give refunds.

Thank you trello because its works well for planning and its easy to set up boards and move task around. I like how visual it is. Making it simple to understand what needs to be done next.

How is this a 2.9??
How is this a 2.9??? This is literally amazing software for peanuts. Criminally underrated, use it all day long.

Using my personal details without my knowledge
Trello Spain used my contact details to spam my entire company. Not acceptable, and probably not legally compliant either. I will be making a formal complaint and reporting this as a breach of private information.

Good Software and Useful
Some of the reviews here are brutal. I love Trello, it makes my life so much easier. The ability to manipulate the added blocks to the columns is great. Dynamical control of those blocks is excellent.

Trello in our case is used to micro manage us to such a degree that it interferes with our productivity and creates friction where none need exist.Since its introduction I have gone from being a dilligent and willing worker to really not caring much anymore.I will be looking for alternative work in the further because of this. I am classed as a very highly skilled worker so I won't be easy to replace. I can see how Trello would be useful if used properly, but it is used as a stick to beat us with, hence the one star review.

Stop covering scroll bar please
I rely on Trello, but they keep making design updates that make no sense and have no where to put feedback so I'm putting it here. The latest: Trello scrolls horizontally to view all lists in a board, yet they've added a pointless hovering navigation that partially covers the scroll bar. So now when I scroll, which is a frequent function, I keep accidentally the filters I don't need, which change up the view of the workspace. Meanwhile there is plenty of room in the main nav bar for these functions. And the fact that I pay for this service but can't leave feedback anywhere is pretty frustrating. And if you make it to the contact page, you only get an AI response. Too faceless. Considering switching.

Trello Has Become a Useless Tool for Business
I’m absolutely disgusted by Trello’s latest update. The new interface is not only visually cluttered and counterintuitive, but it also disrupts the basic functionality that users relied on. The way information is now displayed on each card is messy, confusing, and makes it nearly impossible to track tasks efficiently. For a platform that markets itself as a productivity tool, this is a complete step backwards. What’s even more frustrating is that routine actions now require additional steps, adding unnecessary complexity to simple tasks. To make matters worse, Trello now floods the comments section on each card with automatic update logs—burying real team communication under irrelevant system noise. There is no option to opt out or revert to the previous version, which shows a total disregard for users who preferred a cleaner, functional interface. I didn’t sign up to pay for a tool that makes my workflow harder, not better. As soon as I’ve arranged a suitable CRM alternative, I’ll be cancelling my subscription. I would not recommend Trello in its current form to any business user. It’s no longer a tool for productivity—it’s become a barrier to it.

If you're looking for a task list manager for a tea, I'd recommend going elsewhere
Trello has turned to absolute garbage. The mac app is always logging me out, absolute faff trying to log back in with all the many options. I have many emails for different co's and it's an utter misery remembering if it was via google, or email, or which email. Then if you enter the wrong email assigned to your account in log in, it'll then auto create a new account for you to the other email, absolute stupid feature.Stop logging me out and do better with your mac app! always crashing and the utter most irritating thing being logged out all the time, no ones stealing my mac to try and view my to do lists.Regret using them and wouldn't do it again, considering other options
