spare Bulbs— little help from Company.
I have a 20 year old artificial tree and the lights are starting to burn out. The spare bulbs in the store are of a different size. Google led me to you. I asked for assistance helping locate the correct bulbs, providing all the specifications on the tree. I expected as a Christmas Tree store you would have some information about older trees. The response I got was, paraphrasing, we don’t have that info and I should use the pictures as a guide. So that is what I did. I held up my burned out bulb to the computer screen and tried to find a match. The seems like an opportunity for the company. Become the experts on current and past trees!! It is your business.

Perfect Tree
This tree, the Victorian Fir, is perfect if you like to load up with decorations. The tree is very full but with enough space in between branches for ornaments. The shape was perfect, I did not want a cone shaped one and these branches were nicely staggered, like a real tree. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The ornament is beautiful and I can use this not just for Christmas but because the tree on the ornament is decorated with hearts I can put it for Valentines day too with the rest of my Valentines decorations.

Wanted a new tree Wanted it to look realistic. Wanted LED bulbs to avoid the burnout from incandescent.Was happy with selection. Some of the tree have eye bulging prices. was happy that one of my favs was on sale.Delivery speed was average. assembly instructions were good.one bit of advice, pay attention to the order of pieces as you pull the tree out. you need to get it back in the box later
