Great customer service, they made sure everything was sorted out and kept in constant communication with me. I am happy with my service and Will definitely use them again!Barry Anderson was the agent who assisted me and he was great to work with.
They kindly explained the change of my flight tickets and tried to find out alternative option although it is quite more expensive. But they continuously tried and I got impressed.

The tickets I originally wanted to purchase were not available for the price that I was quoted for. I received an email with an alternate itinerary through a different airline that had a slightly higher price and my first reaction was that this was a bait and switch scam. I initially replied back that I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was then called by a representative and after talking with them decided to give them another chance to find me the flight that I was looking for. Not only could they find me a better flight but they also found it at a better price! Overall, I'm very satisfied with my service and I will definitely consider using TravelMerry in the future.
From finding the flights on SkyScanner to actually securing the electronic tickets took a couple days and several steps, including back and forth emails (original booking not available, had to choose from 2 similar options at a slightly higher price), and a phone call from them for me to authorize and finalize a convoluted payment structure whereby they had charged my card for the ticket portion, but needed a second authorization for the balance due of taxes and fees. Customer service was very efficient, but the whole process is a bit unsettling. I'm fairly confident the various payment structures were secure, and that I do in fact have the tickets in hand, but will not have full confidence til I get onto my first flight without difficulty. Fingers crossed!

My original flight wasn't available but they contacted me immediately and offered a comparably priced flight which was actually an upgrade on my original airline.

Well I was skeptical but it worked! We got an excellent deal on a prime time (spring break) trip to Cabo. Process was a little unusual as the original itinerary wasn’t available but they got us something similar. That was acceptable.
