Ruth and Courtney were fantastic. With so many options, it is difficult to find great lawyers amongst the noise online. They were attentive, hugely knowledgeable, and helped us a great deal. Pricing was sensible and we will use them again, likely forever.

Getting unexpectedly charged
I paid for an initial package to get help with creating a Trademark. I was quickly told that what I wanted to TM I would not be able to and so I let them know I would not be needing their services. Today I find out they have been charging my credit card for a subscription. When I called they said I was paying them to monitor my TM. The TM I do not have! Said they would cancel the subscription so my card would not be charged anymore, but I never signed up for a subscription in the first place! The initial $99 charge... Yes, I owe that and while it likely only took them 15mins to tell me I couldn't do it that is on me.... but the additional $99 charges that were charged to me when no work was done because I do not have anything for them to monitor needs to come back to me because it is the right thing to do and I never subscribed to anything.

Extremely Delayed Process, No Accountability, Unanswered Commitments
We worked with TrademarkElite to file an international trademark via their partner in the UAE. After paying all registration and consultancy fees over two years ago, we are still waiting for a resolution.Despite multiple follow-ups, meetings with their UAE counsel, and providing full documentation including global certificates, purchase records, and proof of brand activity, there has been no tangible progress.In September 2025, we received a promise of a final update “by the end of the week.” As of October, no response. No updates. No accountability.We feel completely abandoned and misled. This has caused significant delays in protecting our brand and legal position in the region. We are now pursuing refund claims and legal complaints through U.S. regulatory authorities.

Its just expensive and takes forever
Its just expensive and takes forever. I could never find receipts for what I paid for and I just was not happy with the whole process. I feel like the process for owning a band name in the US was complicated and unnecessary. Maybe I am unjustly giving it two stars because of my own incompetence but I did not enjoy the process of online law.
