Overall a really good experience. Everything arrived on time and looked great once installed. Quality was solid and the final result exceeded my expectations. Had a minor issue that required a little extra time to sort out, but nothing deal-breaking. Would definitely use this service again.

I was looking for a particular tile for my kitchen remodel and TilesDirect was able to provide it, ship it and follow through on the request.
I recently ordered tiles from Tiles Direct and overall I’m happy with the purchase. The selection was excellent and the delivery was fairly quick , everything arrived in good condition. The team handled a small issue I had with one damaged box promptly and made it right, which reassured me.
Ordering was simple. Their representatives are very helpful, especially with getting replacement tiles to me after some damage during shipment. I am very pleased with my tiles and the entire order/delivery process.
I had been looking for some tiles to 'match' as close as possible to existing ones after a small floor repair. I was able to order small samples to ensure they match, which arrived very quickly, then i was able to order just 4 tiles for the repair with a reduced delivery charge as the consignment was so small. What a great company to deal with and we will certainly use them again

The tiles ordered were a good match (although slightly skinner than the one box of remaining tiles we had to go with however they will work well and the project is completed and looks great!

Firstly, shipment arrived as empty box. Although they resend the order without extra charge, it costs us more than a week delay. Secondly, we shipped tiles to Bangkok and found they are the wrong colour. Now we have lost a month and overseas shipping costs.
I needed the tile by a specific date and your staff came through. Communications and updates were excellent.
