BUYER BEWARE OF TILEBAR!!! They are absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a sample of marble tile for a master bathroom floor, liked it, then ordered for the full room (about $5k in stone). The tile that arrived was not even close to the sample they sent me. I have worked with stone multiple times in the past, both in my properties and investment properties, so know what normal variation is. This was not normal. I worked through a decorator who agreed that the tile sent was not even close to the sample they sent. Both she and I tried to get them to take it back but they made it so difficult and expensive for me to return it that it was cheaper to trash it...which is exactly where the tile went. I'm sure Tilebar will respond to this complaint but whatever they say or offer is worth nothing. My decorator and I already tried to resolve this and Tilebar was a rude waste of time and a lot of money.

Revised Review Based on Issue Resolution
Thank you for your time and attention in resolving the damaged tile we'd received, with our contractor. As you can see from the attached photos, the Zeta Azul Blue Polished Marble and Brass Waterjet Mosaic Tile we selected from TileBar looks beautiful in our remodeled kitchen. I was steadfast in wanting this tile as I'd looked at 100s of tiles over 2 months. My initial disappointment with UPS' delivery of a fragile item and TileBar's poorly insulated packaging was proactively addressed when we received our final shipment of Zeta Azul Blue Polished Marble and Brass Waterjet Mosaic Tiles. TileBar's willingness to work with our contractor was evident in the high-quality packaging we received with our replacement tile.We've received so many compliments on our backsplash and are grateful to everyone who worked together to resolve this issue.

Trustpilot gave me the knowledge that while I like specific tiles from TileBar, beware of the shipping cost! The tiles are pretty but expensive themselves. With the shipping cost added, cost that are not considered in the beginning, are they really worth it? Maybe or maybe not.

Horrible Shipping! Avoid
A large portion of tiles arrived damaged and unusable. The company did send new shipment to replace damaged tiles, but these also arrived broken. My torn-up kitchen project has been delayed by several weeks at least, and that doesn't even account for now having to source new tile from an alternate vendor. I'm not sure how a tile company doesn't know how to package fragile items for shipping, but I will never order from this site again.

I'll never buy from tilebar again
BUYER BEWARE! I ordered tile samples from tilebar, then ordered a large amount of one of the tiles. The tile sent by tilebar did not even resemble the sample that tilebar had sent to me. Customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful and refused to speak with me... Only email. I requested a replacement of the tile but tilebar only agreed to take some of the bad tile back, at my expense. Which meant that I would still have to replace all of the floor tile. It didn't pay to ship it back to them because freight was so high for the small amount they were willing to return. Tilebar refused to stand behind the problem. I ended up tearing out the tilebar tile and replaced it with tile from another company. Please note that anything tile bar offers in their response I wish there was an option in this review to include photos. It would be obvious how aggregious the difference is in the sample sent and the tile received.

TileBar customer service has no idea…
TileBar customer service has no idea what is going on and makes little effort to find out. I ordered tile 12 days ago and they said it would ship in 3/5 days. I reached out for an update and was notified the tile is out of stock. I had to reach out to find this out. Then they tell me is in in stock but can’t tell me when it’s going to ship. I’m on a tight timeline for the project and now it’s been over 11 days and they continue to tell me it will ship in “3-5 business days”. I’ve worked in distribution before, it’s not that difficult to reach out to your supplier and get a ship date. That’s the point of distribution.

Not the best experience already
Not the best experience already. We just signed up for the trade program online and I called in to customer service to ask what the next steps were. She told me someone would call me. I asked if I could give them another number to call to ensure we didn't miss the call and she said well they'll email you. I asked again if I could please use a different number and she abruptly told me I could tell them that when they email us. Not an inviting experience at all and makes me wonder what it will be like during the ordering process. Very disappointing because I was really excited to have another option for our clients.

Shocked at how rude the customer…
Shocked at how rude the customer service was over the phone! I called in for a simple inquiry to see when my delivery date would be, as we are approaching the provided estimated delivery date and the order still shows as “processing”. I was absolutely shocked at the behavior, tone, and response of the customer service rep on the phone. She even hung up on us before we could ask our follow up question- it was so unprofessional. Thinking about canceling my large kitchen backsplash order and not moving forward with ordering our bath and powder bath tiles, as I am now nervous about doing business with TileBar going forward.

AWFUL quality of tile and service
Awful quality of tile. The tile measurements were way off. The tile didn’t look anything like the picture on their website. I asked for a refund and to return and was told that they would waive the restocking fee and would only charge $6.11 for shipping labels. I have email screenshots of this. They ended up charging me $145 for shipping it back and was rudely told my their management that he didn’t care what they told me in the email and that they can charge whatever they want for shipping do to a policy on their website. Awful service, awful quality, scam of a company.

Poor Customer Service
I bought 4 types of tile/lvt backed/lvt unbacked from Tile Bar. 3 of the 4 products were fine. I had a problem with the small mosaic tile with web backing. Once it hit water from the tile saw it fell apart. I called customer service and was told that "the team" would need to review it and they would call me the next day. I filled out a customer service experience survey and still nothing. Eveything was fine until it wasn't. Problems don't just go away.

I ordered tile, grout and trim for the edges for a kitchen backsplash. Kasia was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The tile came so well packed and everything was in good condition. Very happy with everything and if I ever do something like this again I will definitely look at TileBar first.

My order of tile was delivered with one box that had been dropped and shattered by the delivery carrier. I made a challenging request to Tilebar to have replacements in my hand for install two days later, and they met the challenge! Tile was successfully installed and looks beautiful!

Beautiful products
Beautiful products! Ordering is simple. The website calculators are helpful, and getting the samples couldn't be easier. Everything arrived well packed and there doesn't appear to be any breakage. I won't know for sure until the project is completed later in the summer, but it was all on a pallet and neatly stacked. This is my second project using TileBar and the first experience was so good, I didn't even look elsewhere.
