A ticket website that is a cross between a fraud & and scam. I bought two tickets in November for a January show in Philadelphia from this website. However, after I paid by credit card and the link to the tickets was sent, it was revealed for the first time that the seats were "Obstructed View." I immediately emailed customersupportATtickets.com to take advantage of their "100% Buyer Guarantee". I received no response. In mid December, I emailed them again...still no response. However, I continued to get the weekly offers from Tickets.com of other events in my area. As of Dec 29, still have not heard from them. I have scoured their website for a phone number to talk to them...there is none. However, the biggest clue that this is a scam site is that they provide links for you to download their App to "Chat instantly in our app for the quickest solutions." When you click on the App download, it takes you to the app for another online ticket seller, Vivid Seats, which according to ChatGPT has no relationship with Tickets.com. The FTC should investigate this fraudulent company!
Totally ripped off. Ticket prices were $250 each when at the venue tickets were less than $100 each. Don't ever use Tickets.com.
Bought tickets. They changed the price last minute. I agreed to $25 but then my card was charged $75 per person. They are cheating people out of money. I am not even using the tickets and they refuse to refund. Charged way more than I agreed and of course they won't refund. They lie, no costomer service and not helpful at all. Abusing trust. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED AND THEY DO NOT CARE! There service ad support sucks.
Double charged! Contacted the customer service, which is either a stupid person either a robot. They are "sorry for my situation", but can't make a refund. They (or the robot) say that I ordered twice. Why should I order twice in a few seconds?
This company is terrible! A minor daughter of mine went on to buy concert tickets, asking for 4 tickets. The kept showing a price of $240, which she thought was for all 4. Then they kept a timer going telling her she had to hurry and purchase the tickets before they were gone. Ended up that was for 1 ticket (3x face value). I was told this right away, and within minutes emailed and called the company but they didn't care! STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
This is so wrong that there isn't a regulatory agency to stop this company from stealing money. On the surface they are reselling legitimate tickets, but buyer beware, the final cost is never disclosed and will amount to double or triple the face value of the ticket which otherwise could have been purchased directly from the venue website. (In my case, San Francisco Symphony) And good luck asking for cancellation/change or a refund. Never going to happen. Best recourse, Credit Card dispute. In the future, take your time to make sure it's not a TICKETS.COM website.
Haha, this company describes itself as "a global leader in ticketing technology, solutions, and service.". Haha. Even your local corner shop would do a better job. Absolutely avoid if you can - trouble is most of the time you can't.
Just use any other ticket website. Spent $122 on tickets and then when the show came I couldn't locate the email, I contacted tickets com and gave them ALL of my info including a confirmation number and they said they couldn't help me. I've had the issue of lost email before anevery other website finds me no problem and sends me a new email. missed my show and lost $122

Just like everyone else, I just got scammed!!! A $30 ticket suddenly costed $72.04. The email they sent me is junk. I hit the review order button n it does nothing. Customer service is a joke. They refuse to cancel the order or refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITEUPDATE!! The show I purchased a ticket for innit even on sale yet!!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! I bought tickets for my daughter’s very first live concert, with money I barely had. She was SO excited, as this was her favorite band in the world. We made plans for that weekend to visit family in the LA area. The money came out of my debit card, although the email said tickets were “pending.” Well, it’s been like this ever since. We never received the tickets! And I couldn’t afford to buy them on the legitimate website and now the concert is sold out. Read the reviews, take our word for it, this website is a scam and the Better Business Bureau should let people know this.
This place is a scam. I paid for my tickets but I have not received them. It is impossible to get an account set up with this company. I purchase tickets all the time through ticketmaster and never have a problem.
This company is a scam do not use. First I did not receive my tickets . When you go to purchase tickets they show you the proper value ticket price and seats. When you go to purchase the seats they add double amount of extra fees as a service charge at the last minute after the sale goes through and they charge your bank. You can't get a hold of customer service to get a refund . My bank disputed the charge for me and now its been recharged to my card and I did not receive the tickets.

Total scam. Wanted to buy Oregon Symphony tickets for a particular event and it popped up on google search as though it was a primary seller. Found a ticket on its website for row 33 and cost was $83. Then I paid for ticket and was charged $117.50 and seat was changed to a "zone" "to be determined". 42% increase and not the ticket I thought I was getting for row 33. Called them to cancel and they said they are ticket reseller and in fine print somewhere, it says "plus fees and charges". I also didn't see anywhere that they could change the row to a zone. Tried to cancel within minutes and they refused. I am disputing on my credit card. Totally misleading. Do NOT do business with this company.
I feel dumb and wish I researched what I was buying. I got scammed. I am Canadian and they never ever indicated it was American funds. Tickets were $119$ usd supposedly and that seemed lots. But, got 4 tickets... $997cdn took off my Amex... FFS.. nothing I can do. I did get tickets already.. but omg..... NOOO hopefully creator helps me out now moving forward. Can't get anyone on the phone and faq says I'm S.O.L.... Chat "assist" is useless. I'll be calling my credit card company in the morning.
I would not even give one star. This site is a total scam. Why else would I be charged over $400 for four $28 sates at Clover Field in Port St Lucie. The tickets were forwarded to me by someone named Kevin Bagin who obviously is scalping them. I thought scalping was illegal. I believe this site is posing as a legitimate MLB site and should be shut down.
