Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship of the wood floor in our home. The staff at Carpet One took extra time to explain the process to us and also answered any questions we had. The installer team went the second mile and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with our experience with Carpet One.

It took two weeks for the carpet to be…
It took two weeks for the carpet to be shipped after I ordered it, but that inconvenience was compensated for by the carpet itself: it is beautiful, exactly as described, has a deep pile and a luxurious feel. I did not wish to transact business with PayPal and the company accepted my order over the phone. And they gave me a significant discount. Once the carpet was shipped it arrived at my home in two days. The carpet delights me every time I see it, so, five stars.

The installers were very efficient and…
The installers were very efficient and skillful. They moved all the furniture and got back in place where it belonged. The completed three bedrooms and a finished basement of two separate rooms in three days. They were very pleasant to deal with. The end result was looks very nice and feels even better when we walk on the carpet.

Excellent Sales Staff and Installers
Selecting flooring for our new home was not something I was looking forward to. I had spent time looking at flooring online and was overwhelmed with the options available. Our builder recommended we visit the Thomas Carpet One Floor & Home showroom. We walked into Thomas Carpet One and were greeted by Marissa, ready to help! Based on our descriptions of our spaces and how they would be used, Marissa helped guide us to two LVP flooring options which we took back to our home for the final decision. When it came to carpet, Marissa again helped narrow down the many options to just a few. Ordering and installation went smooth. We could not be happier with the results.

A Good Company
Our vinyl tiling was installed well and Thomas Carpet worked with us as our timing was extended due to our moving. Our installer Jim was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. We are pleased thus far, but have not lived with the flooring long enough to really judge the product adequately.I would recommend Thomas Carpet unconditionally. They are very helpful and met all their commitments on a very timely basis. Very nice to work with.
