Spent the week in Cabo San Lucas at the Diamante resort. What an awesome place. Loved everything about the house and resort. Had a 5 bed unit on the beach great vacation cant wait to go back.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood! The views from the house were amazing. Easy access to Winter Park Ski Resort using the public bus system. Phil was easy to communicate with and helpful.

My spouse and I are members of the Grand Solmar Two-Bedroom Penthouse. We stayed in the two-bedroom penthouse for a week.The space was incredibly luxurious and spacious. Feeling the breeze while lying on the sunbeds on the veranda made us realize that this is truly paradise.We believe the biggest highlight of Grand Solmar is the Grand Solmar Links Golf Course. Even after playing six rounds there, it was never boring.Afterward, we played at the Dunes Course and El Cardonal Course at Diamante. Honestly, we were a bit disappointed. Because of that, we returned to the Grand Solmar Links Course. The Grand Solmar Links Course perfectly made up for the shortcomings of the two Diamante courses.My spouse and I have visited this place for the past three years and plan to come back every year.We go out of our way to travel here all the way from a faraway place like South Korea. I will leave the reason up to your imagination.

I did not not complete my application to Third Home
My intention was to use one of the properties listed on Third Home once or twice a year. As owner of several properties, I did not not complete my application to Third Home. Why?- When you enroll to Third Home, you are obliged to pay a yearly fee of 295 USD per year.- When people use your property, you need to pay yourself all marginal costs related to the stay of the Third Home guests: cleaning of the property, inspection of damages, costs of electricity, cost of the laundry. Minimum costs: 1000 USD per stay.- When you make a reservation, you pay to Third Home a fee (1 key 495 USD per reservation, 2 to 3 keys 596 to 695 USD, 4 to 5 keys 795 to 695 USD,.....). The owner of the property gets nothing.Minimum costs per year: In total for a "close to free" 1 key stay once a year this costs me 1791 USD. The difference between this yearly cost and the cost of a stay outside the high season in 1 key, 2 key or 3 key properties is too small for me to bond my self to Third Home membership. Especially, when the offering of homes on Third Home is relatively limited (if I envisage staying in a certain area) , the limited time periods, and all the communications needed and the renting risks if I am renting my house to someone else.

Awesome house, great location and fun ski trip!
The home was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully managed. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and refined touches the owner invested throughout the space. Every detail reflected a sense of quiet luxury without ever feeling overdone.We had originally booked for a week but ended up staying only three nights due to a schedule change that called us back to the city — and we truly wished we could have stayed longer.The house was fully equipped with everything you might need (and more). Our 8-year-old loves music, and the piano and guitars made our evenings feel especially warm and memorable. The vintage record collection was such a delightful surprise — it even turned my daughter into a little Michael Jackson for the week!It was a wonderful experience all around. As a realtor, I’m always attentive to quality, detail, and overall guest experience — and this home absolutely delivers. I will gladly recommend it to my colleagues and clients.

Magical stay at Villa in Los Sueños Resort and Marina
Our stay at the Villa in Los Sueños Resort and Marina was nothing short of magical. The property is surrounded by lush, exotic plants and impeccably manicured grounds that instantly make you feel relaxed and enchanted. The infinity pool—with its inviting jacuzzi—was a true highlight, offering the perfect place to unwind and soak in the surroundings.Inside, the home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, striking a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Every detail feels thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. There were only two of us and we enjoyed Marina’s excellent restaurants, the pristine golf course, the Marriott grounds and the Beach club—each adding to the overall luxury and convenience of the stay.To top it all off, the host was incredibly gracious and attentive, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. This villa offers the perfect blend of beauty, comfort, and resort amenities, and we would happily recommend it without hesitation.
