Stupid tax refunded!
In my state of extreme sleep deprivation (wildlife rehabbers are basically zombies by the time August rolls around), I didn't realise that Incuvet.co.uk and The Incubator Shop were one and the same - and also TMM Direct. Ironically trying to save a few pennies and missing that Incuvet prices were excl VAT, I ordered items from both sites, and therefore paid two lots of expedited delivery charges - in this house we call that "stupid tax".UPDATE: I just saw on my statement that one delivery charge was refunded! I did not request nor expect this because I ordered from different websites after all. Really impressive customer service!The items arrived the next working day, in perfect condition, and the TLC incubator I'd had my eye on - and which circumstances forced an urgent buy rather than waiting for a sale - was a chunk cheaper than direct from Brinsea.The sweeties went down well too! Thank you!
