Top Notch Service
It was a pleasure to work with Jordan and the Bright Solar Team. Customer service was 1st class. There was always a willingness to please the customer that made them great to work with. My project was even was executed far ahead of schedule. My solar experience is off to an excellent start. Thank again Bright Solar!!!

Kudos for Jordan and the Bright Solar Team
My experience with Jordan and Tion with the Bright Solar team was wonderful. They patiently answered all of my many, many questions. From a costumer service standpoint, they are the best. They were accessible and communcative which meant a lot to me for making this big of commitment.Also, I was blown away with how quickly things moved for installation. When there were delays, they gave me frequent communication and updates.I fully recommend them. They really exceeded my expectations.

Easy to work with and responsive
Jordan and his team have been easy to work with and have solved several issues left behind from another installer. He is easy to get in touch with and responds in a timely manner. I recommend Bright Solar for new and existing systems.

Highly recommend Bright Solar!!!
Highly recommend Bright Solar. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent. They installed my solar in 2 weeks and eliminated my electricity bill.Special Thank you to Jordan the owner of the company that personally ensured everything went perfectly.

Bright Solar Saved me!!!
Jordan saved me when another solar company bailed on completing my system. His crew was very professional and was able to complete my system and do it for a reasonable price.they even cam down to Houston from Dallas to finish the system.

Warranty
Victory Solar installed our system and everything was great until we found out they were gone. We found out we no longer had a warranty, among other things. We were so happy when Bright Solar offered a warranty. Jordan was awesome!!! He helped us get the warranty we wanted. We’re happy to know we have a great company that we can depend on now.

I recently moved from California to Texas. I had solar Power at our last home and I wanted it here as well. I had Bright Solar install our panels and everything was good as advertised. We’re already getting returns on our investment.

Bright Solar came to my rescue.Here’s my story:Please keep in mind that my old solar company was Victory Solar.I called and told Victory Solar (VS) that I was going to have my roof replaced and I needed them to come and uninstall the solar panels and then re-install.VS agreed and right after they came out to uninstall the panels I gave them 1/2 of the payment.A couple of days later the roofing company came and replace my roof.So I called and emailed VS to come to reinstall my solar panel but they NEVER did. I called and emailed VS many times for almost a year now with no response from them. (Victory Solar)Then I received an email from Bright Solar saying they were going to be taking over the maintaining of all the Enphase systems for Victory Solar.Well I emailed Bright Solar and informed them about my situation with VS and they responded promptly.From my initial email on May 25th my solar panels were up and working within 1 week!I waited until today to write this review because I wanted to make sure my system was working with no issues.Well to this day everything is fine.If you are thinking about going solar, Bright Solar is the company I highly recommend.Thank you Bright Solar,Joel Chino

Bright Star is a Negative, also known as Victory Solar
Update 05/22/23: This is a response to Bright Solar's feedback regarding my review: This review is indeed for Bright Solar. I had no issues with Victory Solar, my issues came after I received a message that my installation and maintenance request were to be directed to Bright Solar because they had partnered with Victory Solar and were taking over all installation and maintenance services for Victory Solar customers. I didn't have any issues at the time, but when I did Bright Solar was listed as my maintenance and installer. The problem was I could never get ahold of anyone from this company to assist me with maintenance I required. For three months I made efforts to contact the Bright Solar service number, website, email I was told to use in requesting service. The owner had been tagged in on my emails since March, and after receiving his number I made efforts to contact him, so he was aware that I had been seeking assistance. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I gave his company a negative review that he contacted me, his response was to threatened me with no service. Don't rely on this review alone, I recommend anyone interested in using this company for their solar needs to visit the BBB website and look them up. The BBB gives this company an F rating. Since they took over maintenance and installation services for Victory Solar customers they have failed to respond to request. I recommend that you go to the BBB website and read reviews for both companies. Both have F ratings and BBB notes that customers have consistently had issues receiving a response for service since Bright Solar has taken over maintenance and installation services. Bright Solar is the company that took over maintenance services for my solar. Bright Solar is who failed to respond. Update 05/19/23: Finally received a call from the owner, the day after completing this review. This is the first time he's called me in three months of me trying to reach out to someone to find out what's going on, and to get my system fixed. He had no time to reach out to his customer until I gave him a bad review. His response to work in fix the issue was to threaten me with no service until I changed my review, this is how he does business. If you don't accept my review, go to the BBB and look up Bright Solar, the BBB gives them a F rating.Beware of this company. I strongly recommend that if you're interested in using this company for you solar to check out the BBB information first, including the page for Victory Solar who they have partnered with.This company has partnered with and took over the responsibility of Victory Solar, and I have since regretted my decision to go solar. The system has been malfunctioning, and I've not been able to get in touch with anyone at this company for the last three months to get issues repaired. I've called the business line and get a voicemail that is full, so can't leave a message. I've e-mailed the e-mail contact I was provided and the e-mail bounces back. I have the owner's number. I sent him a text message he responded that he would contact me later in the day, never received another response. Called him and the phone went straight to voicemail, but again it's full so you can't leave a message. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Go to the BBB website and look up Victory Solar, now Bright Solar, this is the message on the BBB site:AlertSee What BBB Reports OnPattern of ComplaintBeginning September 2022 Victory Solar LLC has developed a pattern of complaints and reviews.The patterns include poor customer service and service delivery delays, i.e. consumers experienced delays in solar panels & generator installations, repairs and they experienced poor customer service when attempting to contact for updates. Consumer complaints and reviews stated they are trying to reach the company and their calls and voice mails are going unanswered. One consumer stated she has tried for over 3 weeks but has received no contact from company. Another consumer had a mechanic lien filed against them because the roofer was not paid, and the wrong color shingle was installed. Their HOA has sent violation letters threatening to have their attorney get involved if they violation is not resolved. While the BBB was informed the previous President caused problems prior to his departure in July/August, the current complaints are revolving around poor customer service issues of the new management. The number of complaints also continues to trend up.I'm still paying on the system, and it kills me because it doesn't work. And this means I'm paying for an electric bill on top of the solar system that was supposed to make my energy bill go to 0 dollars. I'm afraid they'll get away without any repercussions. The are basically stealing while the customer finances :-(

This company made my choice of going…solar easy
This company made my choice of going solar super easy. My rep Juwan did an incredible job of explaining how everything worked and helped guide me through the entire process. Smooth installation, overall easy process. Jordan also helped answering my husbands questions as the installation was going on. Would give the company a 6 stars if I could.
