Best Most Comfy Shoe EVER

The Teva Hurrican Amspol Gaila is seriously the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Feels like I'm walking on a cloud, but still supported. Love these and hoping for more colors.

teva’s horrible customer service

horrible customer service. you can’t get ahold of anyone outside of a text message thread. no one has authority to handle any customer issues, even supervisors? all this leaving basically all difficult matters unresolved. i spent $175 on a pair of winter boots that i wore three times before a giant gash in the seam presented itself. because i was two months outside of their one-year warranty, absolutely no one can assist. i was told to get them repaired myself. instead of standing by their products and taking care of their customers by offering a replacement or basically anything (ps - those shoes are now on sale for $90), they just lost my lifetime business and i will be sharing my experience with friends and family. such a poor, poor way to address your precious customer base. DO NOT BUY TEVA

The company return process iOS in consistent. They say one thing but do another

I had an issue with a shoe I bought that was not possible to wear. A phone call with a representative concluded that they would exchange for credit that she would put appropriate notes on record showing that a decision was made. She said all I needed to do was follow their return instructions sending pictures etc. to complete the process. I did so but now they are denying the request and acting like the conversation we had approving the return never happened. I was asked to review their process and gave a good review based on the phone call but now would give a zero star review if possible.

Useless company- Save your money!

I placed an order on the 19th December. A different customers purchase was sent to me, yet some how they have turned it around as if it is my error! Trying to get in contact with anyone to resolve was difficult and I have had to do all the chasing and running around to resolve. I have been told I will only receive the item if in stock, once I send back the item they sent in error! They have ignored complaints and emails from me and I am still waiting for this to be resolved! Spend your money elsewhere where. This company does not care about their customers.

Disappointed

I've had a pair of blue tennis shoes for just over two years. They were comfortable and I wore them frequently but not always. About one month ago, the heel of the left shoe began to shred. The right shoe is fine. Obviously some type of defect.

Stand by your warranty

Stand by your warranty! I have seen many people wrote reviews that said the quality has gone way down. I had a pair of universal sandals for 1 month. Did nothing to them. Wore them normally and the front top inside rubber was separating. Customer service was awful. Said it was not a manufacture defect when it most certainly was. Too bad, because up until then, I loved the shoes, but NEVER will I buy them again. If you do not stand by your product, then it is worthless.

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. We bought Teva sandals from Teva, not another seller. The sole completely separated from the shoe, and Teva will NOT replace them because it’s over the 30 day return/exchange policy. Yes, it is in the warranty period, but we have to pay shipping to return them and then “it’s 50/50 if refund (not including our shipping cost) will be approved”. DO NOT buy Teva thinking they will back their products.

Terra Canyon Mesh Trainers ripped 2 months in

I bought Terra Canyon Mesh Trainers. The shoes look cool, summer-y kicks option, but turned out to be really really poor quality!After less than 2 months of wearing, the outside canvas on the heel started to wear down, thin and ultimately rip a hole. I guess you get what you pay for

Awful unresponsive customer service

The shoes are great...for a short while, then I've had issues with the sole layer coming away from the main shoe. I've raised a query via the online chat, heard nothing and I've emailed their support email 2x in the last month, still heard nothing, Awful customer service.

The best!

Many years ago I forgot my beach shoes in Nice! Pebbles! All I could do was to swim in my Teva sandals! Brilliant! The air in them keeps me afloat and makes me feel totally safe when I swim a long way out! I just keep my sandals on so less to carry! Would not bee without them!

Straps come out and soles come off prematurely.

Their sandals are great until the soles come off or the straps come out. I've used Teva sandals for years but 3 sandal purchase were plagued by quality issues. The straps were faulty, the soles came unglued after minimal wear i.e. regularly walking around the block and wearing them to the pool. I bought my most recent pair from a store other than the very reputable REI as I had done in the past(REI is great because they are good with returns and other things). The straps on the left sandal had come out making the it unusable. I followed the directions on the Teva web site and shipped them at my expense hoping for an exchange as the workmanship was clearly defective. The soles had very little wear but the straps on the left sandal had pulled out due to an obvious adhesive failure. I wrote a note mentioning previous adhesive failures and included it with the returned sandals. As an engineer who has worked on many mass produced items and someone who is familiar with reliability and quality assurance, I expressed my disappointment that this wasn't an isolated failure of quality.They sent the sandals back with a letter refusing the exchange citing lack of proof of purchase. Who keeps a receipt for more than a few months?! I think they made a defective product that shouldn't have been sold in the first place. that should have been obvious by the minimal wear on both sandals and the complete lack of failure or impending failure on the other sandal.I gave them 2 stars instead of the minimum 1 star because when the sandals don't fail, they are good. As an engineer I have to say that they deserve this bad review because I have experienced adhesive failures over 3 consecutive separate purchases over the years. They should have fixed their quality assurance over the last few years but they haven't. They could have simply replaced the defective product as I requested and kept their profit but instead, they threw it back in my face.I purchased these sandals less than a year ago and checked my memory by looking up the transaction on my credit card account and verified that it was purchased on 09/26/2024.My advice to any would be buyers is to save your receipt because there is a high likelihood that you will need it. Because defective adhesive bonds on 3 separate and consecutive purchases is strong evidence of a pattern, not some rare anomaly.

Disappointed with Teva and Customer Service

I ordered sandals on Aug. 202, 2025 and selected the free standard shipping since the delivery date was shown as Aug. 25. When I received the confirmation email from Teva, the delivery is pushed back to Aug. 27 which is when I am leaving the country for a year! I chatted with someone on Teva's chat line and apparently they simply requested me to have Fedex deliver to a location and when I fail to pick it up, it gets sent back. My goal was to buy sandals I could leave with and not go through the hassle of a return.Teva could have contacted Fedex to expedite the delivery but left it to me, even though it's their fault. Not happy! I have bought several sandals from them including a pair 2 weeks ago.

What has happened to this brand? - dont buy Tevas

Update - from two stars to one star. Despite about eight emails this is still not resolved. Dont buy Tevas any more - the quality is terrible and the customer service worse.I bought a new pair of Tevas less than two years ago. They are splitting so as they are under warranty I contacted customer support who said that they would send details of how to get them fixed or replaced. I did not hear from them. I sent an email to customerservices however that got returned as not deliverable. I have had Tevas since the 1990s and never had any problems with them. One pair lasted 10 years. Something has happened to this company and I wont be buying from them again

Can’t complain about the service at all. Purchased some sandals, they arrived on time. I didn’t keep them and the return was simple and refund very fast. Would purchase from them again if I see more that I like

My order was never delivered by DPD and…

My order was never delivered by DPD and this is 10 days ago. Teva would not send a replacement or do much else apart from looking into it which does not mean much. Meanwhile, I have no shoes and no money back. It is disgraceful how they treat their customers. As soon as this is sorted, I will not purchase from them again.

They mailed me filthy used shoes!!!

Teva has awful customer service! I was sent used shoes covered in dirt and scuffs and they refused to replace them unless I drove to a store to send them back the filthy ones. This is such a hassle that I did not ask for and terrible customer service when they did not send me what I ordered! I will not be ordering from TEVA ever again.
