Terrible marketing company.

Terrible marketing company with even worse customer service. My roofing company signed up with Terraboost for 1 year. After that year was up they continued to charge us without us knowing. They charged an additional 2 months even though we had already submitted cancelation. No big deal right? A quick phone call should clear things up... Nope even though they had written cancelation they said there is nothing they can do about the additional charges. If you own a business do not market with them.

This is a rip off

This was one of the worst marketing investments I’ve made for my business. I paid approximately $2,700 for a 6-month kiosk marketing program and received zero real leads. Not only were there no results, but there was also absolutely no follow-up, no performance reporting, and no account management during the entire contract.For a company that sells marketing services, the lack of communication is unacceptable. No one checked in to see if the kiosk was generating traffic. No one asked if adjustments were needed. It felt like once they secured payment, the support stopped.When I decided to cancel due to no return on investment, I was told I would still be charged an additional 30 days. After spending thousands with no measurable results, that response was extremely frustrating.Small business owners work hard for their money. I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about lead tracking, reporting, and cancellation policies before signing anything with this company.

It's a good experience. Sadly my sign its kind of hiding on the store but we will figure out. So far quality and communication has been good. Also, they charge the account punctually !! No free days. LOL

STAY AWAY - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

BEWARE: TERRIBLE EXECUTION AND NON-RESPONSIVENESS.Absolutely horrible customer service. 9 months after not installing my advertisement they sent me a notice saying payment was due in the full amount. I immediately responded and said the ad was never placed and to cancel the contract immediately.6 months later they sent me to collections, turns out AFTER I had canceled the service they went and installed at a different location and called it good.They never answer the phone and will not return my calls or emails to try to fix the situation.Not to mention initial onboarding process: getting called by multiple sales agents competing with each other and quoting me different prices, different options available. The end result that was posted (after I terminated the agreement) was different still than what was originally promised.
