I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered a King cloud mattress from the website which should be 80x76 inches in size, but in reality was 80 inches long and barely 72 inches wides leaving a huge gap between the frame and mattress. I understand there can be a bit off but 4 inches is too much of a gap to dismiss and clearly a defective item. Communication with warranty took months, as every email will request a new photo and new video, meaning I had to take out bedding, take pictures and videos as requested, send them over. Once I receive a response it will request more angles of pictures and videos and I had to take off bedding, move mattress and do it over again. Btw, I have pregnant in my 3rd trimester and all the moving was inconvenient. After at least 7-8 rounds of back and worth and at least 50 pictures and videos they have agreed to change my mattress, but I had to pay $175 dollars for my own shipping. I was out of town and had my aunt come receive the mattress on the delivery date. They somehow convinced my aunt I needed a Cal King, didn't even bother moving in the new mattress and just left! This company with this quality, and this level of communication should go bankrupt. There are many new mattress companies coming out and I hope they shall soon no longer be competitive. Not sure if I will ever get my "correct" mattress, but Tempur-Pedic is the worst company I've dealt with so far. Never again.

Their products are junk and it will destroy your neck if you buy a pillow and if you buy a mattress, it will destroy your back. Their products are complete junk with a company that stands behind nothing. I talked to this company today and basically they could care less what I had to say about their defected pillow that they make there is no accountability for their products. They don’t even check and see if they’re properly made and then when somebody has a complaint, they don’t wanna hear a word about it.Zero accountability for their products. They basically told me we do nothing. You don’t like it throw it away. This company needs to go out of business immediately or made to be shut down I have bought pillows from this company before and the new pillows. Do not even look the same or I have the same comfort feel the new ones are thinner less padded on the bottom side of the pillow so obviously the pillow has been made defectively in the company does not want to hear one word about it and they do not want to do one thing for you and with that issue, the company will not warranty nothing. This issue does not fall under their warranty guidelines, which is absolutely pathetic. It is a defective product and they don’t want to hear about it or do anything about it. That is what a warranty is about a defective product same thing people tell me about their mattresses. Their mattresses are defective and they don’t wanna addressed the issue. They just want to blame the customer and tell the customer if you don’t like it, throw it away what kind of ridiculous warranty is that the whole idea of a warranty is to cover defects not to tell the Consumer if you don’t like it throw it away so you have to throw away $3000 totally pathetic. that’s why I stress to tell people do not do business with this company. They don’t want to hear about their defective products so people should stop buying their defective products that they don’t want anybody to tell them about.

BEWARE - First mattress purchased only good for 2-3 years, “should have learned my lesson then” 2nd one purchased queen firm pro adapt after 3-4 years only able to sleep on one side. Was told from store where I purchased it to place something heavy on each side & take a photo.For your information I was only 170lbs throughout this time. I put a 5 gallon pale of paint on each side and on the good side sunk maybe 1-1/2” on the side I could no longer sleep on in sank 5-6”. The company where I purchased it was great to deal with and agreed there was something definitely wrong with the foam. They submitted a warranty claim and Tempurpedic denied it. Company again sent in a claim only to be denied again. I then I went direct to Tempurpedic Canada to try to deal with them on my own only to be given the run around. I am now far too disabled and tired to even attempt to keep fighting for what I know is right. I absolutely 100% warm you Do not buy a Tempurpedic mattress. Avoid at all costs. You will regret it in the end. Buyer Beware.

They do not allow returns for pillows. We bought two of the memory foam pillows and they are severely uncomfortable. DO NOT buy from this company. The strict no return policy is ridiculous, but makes sense from their perspective when you’re shipping pillows that will give customers a constant neck ache.

This company is the absolute worst! I mean it. They have seriously gone down hill. Their products have become total garbage and their customer support is even worse. They don’t stand behind their products and they should be embarrassed of the operation they run. If you are the highest priced on the market - you should have the highest customer experience ratings! Do not waste your money. The mattresses are of poor quality. My wife and I hate both Tempur Pedic mattresses we tried. Bought a mattress new in September, 30 days later, exchanged it for poor quality with Mattress Firm, 3 months later, the wife and I are waking up with terrible back pain, rib pain and hip pain. Bought new from mattress firm in Roanoke Va. Mattress Firm won't refund our money since we had one exchange due to poor quality. Contacted Mattress Firm Corporate office and Tempur Pedic, they won't refund or exchange the mattress. So we're stuck paying over $3,000 for a mattress that we can't use. The middle of the mattress sinks in and Tempur Pedic claims it doesn't meet their "defective standards." This is our second attempt at a Tempur Pedic mattress. I do not recommend any of the mattresses. The warranty and the mattresses are a joke and a waste of money. You'd be better off buying a cheap mattress off of Amazon and saving a lot of money. I will definitely be taking my business to another mattress company and a mattress brand.

Tempurpedic Cloud pillow poor quality
I ordered the Tempurpedic Cloud pillow on a Bogo and they are the cheapest non supporting pillows I have ever experienced. We owned and used the Cloud pillows for eight years and they were great pillows. It was time to replace so in ordering the same product you would expect the same quality. I was so disappointed as soon as I opened the box. We slept on them for two nights only to toss and turn and have stiff necks. In contacting the company they do no stand behind their product. No exchange or refund. Buyer beware!

Bad Quality - Don't Honor Warranty
I am extremely disappointed with the performance and warranty support of my Tempur-ProAdapt 12" Medium Hybrid Mattress Queen Prime, which I purchased on July 17, 2022, from MattressFirm along with a Tempur-Ergo Adjustable Base Queen. After a relatively short period, I started noticing that the left side of the mattress had developed uncomfortable lumps from the springs, and the memory foam had worn out, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Despite still being under warranty, Tempur-Pedic refused to cover the issue, citing stains on the mattress as the reason. However, these stains were on the removable and washable mattress cover, and had no relation to the underlying problem with the springs and foam. I believe this is a blatant attempt to avoid honoring their warranty, and it reflects poorly on the quality of their products. To think that I spent $3,349.00 on a mattress that has failed to deliver is infuriating. In contrast, my older Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, which is still paired with an adjustable bed frame, remains in much better condition, suggesting that the company's quality has indeed declined. As a result, I will not be purchasing another Tempur-Pedic product and will advise others to avoid the brand altogether.

I ordered a pillow and mistakenly ordered two. I spoke with Joe in customer service who was not helpful and seemed to be not well suited for the job. I have yet to remove the pillow from the box. Joe said that return policy on pillows was firm despite it still being in the packaging. Returns would only be accepted in damaged goods. So if the pillow is damaged they will accept it back? Hmmm. Not good customer service.

Worst costumer service ever! I bought two pillows from them that are the wrong size. They do not say upon purchase they are not able to be returned or exchanged. When I called to do an exchange they inform you then. Even when the products are unopened, still sealed in the plastic they made no effort to try and help. I have not every had such a poor customer service experience. I will not be buying from them ever again!! Which is sad, because I was a previous customer for over 20 years.

Tempur-pedic don’t ever buy one it’s supposed to have a warranty on it. They do not validate the warranty. They come out with this fake thing and they run it across it but they will not put any weight or lay down or anything. The bed is junk extremely horrible it’s only two years old When I lay in it, I get stuck in the indentation from my body. This company used to be so good. Great products that have declined a great bit. They were good when they were the only memory foam available. They are expensive, terrible customer service, and horrible warranty policies. They charge you $250 to return the mattress and then tack on other miscellaneous changes that are not explained. Their pillow has always been my go-to, but due to return policies I decided not to get a new one as people described, after being a long term user, the materials have changed and it's just not the same pillow at all. Shame on them. I'm sure they reduced the quality to keep their profit margins high.

I’ve been a long-time supporter of Tempur-Pedic because of the quality of your products and your public commitment to responsible business practices, including your association with WWF.However, my recent experience with a Tempur-Pedic retailer has been disappointing. Despite several attempts to resolve an issue with my mattress through the retailer and through World Wide Furniture channels, I have not received a clear or fair resolution.As a customer who values both quality and integrity, I feel it’s important that Tempur-Pedic ensures accountability across its retail partners, particularly when customers are not properly informed of return or exchange policies at the time of purchase.I’m sharing this experience not to criticize, but to encourage transparency and stronger consumer protection. I had a mattress exchanged for a softer mattress under the warranty period. Tempur-Pedic replaced it, but the replacement was stained. They have refused to take it back. They offered to replace the cover only, claiming that the stain does not affect the mattress's functionality or performance.But that was not the issue. I had paid for a brand-new mattress, and this one was not brand-new. I replied that Tempur-Pedic's offer was not acceptable to me. Their attitude basically has been for me to take it or leave it.I have had other communications with Tempur-Pedic, and they have not replied. I assume they don't intend to honor my request. In addition to the review on this highly respected website, I intend to write reviews on as many other relevant websites as possible. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. And I will go further if I have to.In the end, it will cost them a lot more money than what they would have spent sending me a brand-new mattress, if, in the end, they don't send me one.Now, you might ask, "Why do you say this was not a brand-new mattress? It could be that it was stained in transit."Well, that is precisely what they claimed. However, it couldn't have been stained in transit, as it was covered by a plastic protective shield when delivered.They took a mattress that another customer had returned and sent it to me.They charged me for a brand-new mattress, but they sent me a recycled one.

spent over $7000 on a mattress within 12 months mattress started sagging deforming was denied a claim because it was not sagging enough waited a year filed. A claim company admitted mattress was sagging enough to replace however there were. Stains on mattress protector approximately the size of golf ball I sent pictures showing they did not penetrate. They still denied due to standing their warranty is nothing but smoke and and mirrors stay away from this company. Purple, however, seems to actually warrantee their products.
