Favorite Water Bottle EVER
Each family member has one and loves them. We got them as gifts at our church and have used them daily for about a year. Our daughters sadly was knocked off a table and landed top first causing it to crack so I needed to order a replacement (actually got two, just in case). Shipping was prompt and I love that I got shipping info to track it. It came nicely packaged. We were happy to see that the handle is a little wider and more comfortable to carry, in addition to the slight angle of the mouth piece....nice to see a great product get even better! My only complaint is that I was also hoping for and didn't find a lunch thermos for my daughter....we were hoping to find something that could hold hot items like soup or mac-n-cheese in her lunch box. Her current one doesn't hold the temp and we thought with the amazing insulation of the water bottle that maybe we would get lucky. If you ever make one, we'd be the first to buy one! :)Thanks for being great (and local!)...keep up the good work!

Mahalo (Thank you) for your reminder, apology for being late to reply as just finished settling nephew's funeral services. First off, my husband rec'd his first Tempercraft 32 oz., as a gift from playing in a golf tournament, including each golfer who also played. I ordered extra lids to give his other golfing buddies, just in case for later use, and I must say my 02/28/18 order was received SOOO SPEEDY on 03/05/18, Mahalo. As for your new website, it is GORGEOUS, CRISP and with SUPERB and EXCELLENT PRESENTATION of all your products, GOOD JOB! And Mahalo also for your 1% "giving back" to help the Columbia Gorge and its environment, as we also are avid supporters to our own Hawai'i land and its surrounding areas. Nice that you can buy replacement lids
My son has a water bottle that he uses in sports. It was easy to carry until it was hit with a soccer ball and the carrying handle cracked off. I was really pleased that TempercraftUSA sells replacement lids. Rather than having to replace the whole thing, we could just buy a new lid.

Too tall and too large an opening…
While I like the insulation feature and appearance of our new coffee mugs, they are too tall to fit under our Keurig coffee maker. And the opening of the mug is so large, that once I get past the halfway point and tilt the cup more, coffee spills out around my mouth because it's coming out so fast. Since this is the smallest size mug offered, I will reluctantly be returning them.

Great customer service and product!
I made custom water bottles for the seniors on our golf team. They look amazing. The customer service was awesome. I realized at the last minute i missed one kid. I called they rushed it out and had it jn a few days. We haven’t had a chance to use it yet so i can’t review the how long it lasts yet.

Great golf bottle
I purchased one this summer for golf and it’s been the best water bottle I’ve ever had. Wife and daughter got ahold of it and I had to get them one each to get mine back. Ended up giving two more as xmas gifts.22oz is a good size for everyday use but was running out of water before the end of the Golf round. I plan on picking up a 32oz bottle for this summer. Even on the hottest days I still have ice in my bottle at the end of the round. Great product!
