Just be transparent!
I would give 5 stars if they were just transparent about shipping times. I ordered a jacket December 31st, and was told it’s arrive in around 7 days. Sounded too good to be true, and it was. I contacted customer service around 2 weeks into waiting, and was told it’d come in 10 days! Customer service was very polite and understood my concern, but reassured me that it was coming. 2 weeks later, nothing. It showed up on February 2nd. The jacket itself is nice and its worth its money. What I don’t understand is why they don’t tell you straight up that it’ll take over a month to arrive. The super fast estimation made me uneasy from the start and I’m already hesitant to buy from them again despite loving the product. It makes sense for an on demand design to take 30 days, and admitting that from the start would save everyone, including teespring, a headache.

The company isn't making payments or responding! I requested payments for T-shirt sales back in October 2025. They wrote once that they would check everything, and haven't contacted me since. I think they've gone bankrupt or this is a scam!

I sold a few items on TeeSpring (now Spring) and I requested a payout and its been a few months with no success. They auto responded that they are going through a merge and are double checking all their accounts. This is BS as its been 5 months and no communication or movement on my payout.

We have been using TSpring (Spring) for several years as our online vendor. During this time, the performance has gone from bad to worse. In July 2025, we requested a payout from our account (for sales), and after multiple follow-ups, we still have not seen the money. It has now been 178 days since we requested a payout of the money due us, and still no $.For those considering doing business with Spring, suggest you read some additional reviews before you decide to go forward.

Seller never delivered item ordered on Dec. 8. I had chatted and e-mailed with customer service, they will reply at first but NEVER sent any refund / cancelled my order. They said the production team will keep in touch. But NO response. Chatted with Michelle and Elian. These people are SCAMMERS.

Order very late, tracking useless
I ordered a t-shirt for my sister's birthday and thought I'd given plenty of time for the delivery. Nope! I tried tracking it but it seemed to be stuck at "order placed" for about 3 weeks. I wish I'd read the reviews here before I ordered from this company. The t-shirt did eventually arrive weeks after her birthday. The quality isn't too bad for the price (hence 2 stars), but I wouldn't EVER order from them again.

I just came across their website, which is SO EXTREMELY RARE that I hadn't already heard of them already. I design tshirts, hoodies etc for another well known site that is mainly for Americans so im always looking for cdn. Secondly I've been a brand ambassador, im now an influencer. My cdn followers are very disappointed in never seeing anyone share cdn discount codes for cdn online stores, shops, brands & ive always wanted to be strictly local. As I do what I do tp help people save money for well made safe products.So I saw this site, as they advertised themselves on another smaller site.Immediately I noticed their drop down boxes under each category dont move.Ive now tried two devices, 4 browsers on one 3 browsers on another & their website is really fishy to me....

We had well over $200 in our payout balance, and now it suddenly shows only $59.90 with no explanation. On top of that, several customers have reached out saying they never received their orders — and Teespring has not provided any help or answers.They rarely respond to support requests, and when they do, it’s the same copy-and-paste message every time. No real assistance, no transparency, and no solutions.Funds disappearing from the payout account and customers not receiving products is unacceptable. If you value your money, time, and brand reputation — avoid this platform.

They Fell Off! They used to be amazing with their products and would ship products within 2 weeks MAX. Now people ordering from there are either not receiving their orders at all, or it’s taking several months to get there. Such a shame. I will no longer be continuing with Spring.

After several emails, including one which assured me they could refund and cancel the order, I never heard from anyone again and communication from their end has ceased. Will be taking further action to recoup my money and ensure that this isn’t allowed to happen to anybody else in future. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!
