I couldn't purchase a course and they helped me get it. Very good and reliable.
Still deciding. Whilst the platform is ammazing, has a lot of functions and opportunities to develop your courses or programs, the one who is trying to use it has to have a little bit of knowledge in this area and time. It is not the easiest platform to work with if you are in a hurry and you are not the best in I.T. part.
I feel the company is more predatory than before. I chatted to cancel my plan completely and I don't have any confirmation that it was except an email from a customer service person saying I would not receive further bills. What a disappointment. It was one of the best options and even if I were to come back, with the new price plans, it feels impossible. They give you all these deals to not cancel, but what about new people that are just getting started? I've been on the platform for five years and need to step away - customers like me should have a good experience so we come back.
I love the service however the price jump was crazy and I’m struggling every month to pay… I went from paying $69 to now $189… how is that ok?
Do not subscribe to anything on teachable using a debit card. No matter how many time you cancel you will be rebilled, and end up having to go your bank to get the charges to stop. I have enrolled in 2 courses on teachable and this happened with both courses. One course was $100 monthly, I cancelled in september of 2025 and as of Feburary 2026 I am still being charged. I have even went in and tried to cancel two more times. It will not let you delete your debit card as a payment option once you use it. I spoke with the person running the course and they pretty much told me to piss off. I contacted my bank about the dispute, and they are reviewing it. In the second case, the cost was $30 monthly, i kept getting the recurring charges after cancellation, but once I talked to the person offering the course, they understood and deleted my course access and then refunded my money. If you cancel a service, you get no cancellation confirmation in the form of an email or anything. There is nowhere on teachables site that allows you to contact support directly, and if there is, its extremely hard to find because I have tried multiple times. I have now been charged $500 in total for services I have repeatedly tried to cancel.
I originally signed up several years ago at an affordable rate for a simple, functional service that worked well for my needs. The platform itself has always been easy to use and reliable.Over time, however, I’ve become increasingly concerned about the direction of the pricing model, which appears heavily focused on upselling and scaling — priorities that don’t align with how I run my educational platform. I accepted what were presented as “free” upgrades, only to later discover that continuing to use those features would increase my annual cost from approximately $400 to a projected $1,600 at the next billing cycle. That level of increase, and the way it was introduced, felt neither transparent nor sustainable for a small business like mine. When I reached out to customer support with my concerns, the response I received was generic and did not meaningfully address my concerns. I would have appreciated clearer communication and more flexibility for long-term customers who signed up under very different pricing structures. While the platform itself functions well, the current pricing model no longer feels aligned with my needs. I hope the company will consider offering more transparent upgrade pathways and sustainable pricing options for small, independent educators. If that were the case, I would gladly reconsider remaining on the platform. In the meantime, I will be exploring alternatives that offer greater clarity and stability.
Thankyou so much for your understanding , God bless you!
I am the training coordinator for our Teachable program-based training. I generally always hear positive feedback from my students as they navigate their 40-hour curriculum training. Occasionally, I will need to step in and complete & continue a particular module on behalf of a student. This is not a consistent problem and may be related more to the student than to the program.I have contacted your support staff on several occasions over the past few years, and each person who has responded to my specific question or problem has been nothing short of amazing. I feel comfortable asking any question, and I am always guided to a perfect solution! Thank you for all of your support and for a very workable training program.
Excelent, platform, but have issues seting payment
I’ve paid over a thousand pounds on various courses and there is STILL no offline mode. Want to access the content you paid for on a train or plane? You can’t! You can press a download button to prepare for your travel that takes up storage space on your device but the videos still buffer from the nonexistent internet, and nothing in the app loads unless you have a WiFi/mobile connection. Customer ‘support’ try to blame you and tell you to download everything again. Nothing changes. They know it’s broken and they’re not interested in fixing it. I feel sorry for the creators whose work is held hostage here.
Lots of good options for course creation and hosting, yet it feels tedious to use and host a full simple funnel with
They have a great platform, and their staff is responsive and flexible to accommodate special requests.
The process was easy but the information initially given by Teachable AI was not accurate so it took a fair bit of back & forth to clarify the correct answer.
The creator options are good. The tools for course creation are varied and simple to use. The platform is regularly improved with helpful updates.
Incorrect email sent
Never signed up for this company or sent them my info but they emailed me saying I stated my first class. When I emailed back asking about it some stupid ai bot kept emalinge too. Eventually had to just block them to get them to stop contacting meResponse to owner: your comment is idiotic. I never used your site and don’t know how you’d even think I started a class. Your system is stupid af. I don’t care if it was an error and there’s 0 chance I’m mailing your ai bot again
