I worked with Taylor Carpet One Floor & Home for new flooring in my condo and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff in the showroom helped me choose the right style and made the process simple, and the installation crew was punctual, respectful, and efficient. The finished floors look beautiful and I feel confident recommending them to anyone looking for quality flooring and reliable service.

Quality Quality Quality
We were very pleased with the first-class workmanship provided by Felix from Taylor Made Carpets, who expertly fitted our LVT flooring from the hallway to the kitchen. He was diligent throughout the process, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. Considering the competitive pricing and his highly skilled work, it was an excellent experience.

I had a positive initial experience then this happened…
I had a positive initial experience with the customer service both in store and at home for a $12K job. However, things took a turn for the worse once they realized I was moving out of the area. They provided a quote for additional work that included tiling a small entryway at an astronomical price. When I questioned the quote, they bundled the entryway and kitchen together, exceeding our budget. Instead of addressing my concerns, they responded formally and coldly, without any explanation. It seemed like they didn't listen to our requests or pay attention to what they had previously sent us. Additionally, they consistently sent quotes and invoices to another family member who traveled frequently, despite my multiple requests to have them sent to me in-store. It's clear that our future business was not valued, and this experience has made it difficult for me to recommend Taylor One Huntsville. My advice is not to inform them if you're moving, as they seem to prioritize long-term residents and disregard others.

Just writing to let people know that Taylor Carpet made everything right with the problem I had with them. The whole situation was a mess but in the end they made it right and took care of the problem. So you can disregard my previous blistering that I gave them. Connie took care of the problem and we are satisfied with the outcome

---READ THIS BEFORE USING THEM---In January, my wife and I decided to make the investment of putting new floors in our home, we met with Bill at the Bonita Springs location who started showing us some samples. We have been shopping around and were somewhat familiar with the brands available. When we found a sample that we liked (mirror lake brand), I asked Bill what the difference between that product and the other product (revwood) that we were looing at (at a different store) and he stated it was far more superior. Fast forward THREE months later, the product gets delivered and low and behold it is the revwood brand. Turns out, they just put a different label on the sample in the store and charge you more for it. Next trick they will use is for "Moisture Mitigation," this additional form of profit can be done on your own for $500 and only takes two coats and two hours to complete, not $3k. Lastly, they will try to get you with leveling, we had an issue with a low spot from a prior remodel, it took 21 bags of ARDEX self leveler which retails at $30 per bag, they charged me another $2500 for that, which only took about 1-2 hours to complete. I ran into the leveling issue again in my master bedroom, luckily, I did it myself with a contractor friend for $3-500, and they tried to get me for ANOTHER $2500. I didn't expect to have a 30% overage on this job, nor was any of that ever explained to me as a consumer. They will try to intimidate you and use the leverage of your house being torn apart to profit on you. My advise is to stay away, and if you choose them , tell them the quote is not to exceed the amount given. I understand that there are unknowns that come with any assignment, but not to be taken advantage of, especially after waiting FOUR months for a job to get done and being patient.

Excellent service
Excellent service, from Billie helping me select the carpet and pad; to the quick delivery and install. The install team were on time, installed tack strips, carpet pad and carpeting perfectly. Very friendly and neat, bagging access and vacuuming rug. Taylor Carpet sent a store rep to check on install. All in all, A+ on the whole experience.

Trust this company to get it right!
Elizabeth was awesome. She was patient and very helpful in helping us pick out the right type of carpet for our stairs (some carpet just won't look right on stairs, who knew?). She helped with color choices and coordinated the installation as well. The installers were efficient and did a great job start to finish.
