Inability to deliver - Unknown Recipient
It is not the first time I have huge issues with this company. Today again the message on the website "Inability to deliver - Unknown Recipient". Because I don't live in the main building of the address, I always leave a message (when ordering) where they have to be and the request to call me. I'll pick up the stuff immediately. I work remote and in the rare case I am not home during delivery hours, I'll inform them.They don't call, they don't read. They don't care. This time it was a very expensive tool and I will inform the company I bought the item from what useless company they use to send their items. As the other reviewers say, they don't answer emails. Calling is not even something I try anymore. They don't read the added message which part of the building they have to be. They simply don't do anything else than driving by and say you weren't there or that you are an unknown recipient.

The level of incompetence of this company is beyond words. Every single time they fail to deliver the package on time and I always have to drive to them to pick it up. They never pick up the phone, don't reply to emails and in the rare event that they pick up the phone they are clueless. I trully believe that it's a bunch of apes running the company with a bunch of monkeys working for them. My apologies to the apes and monkeys.

the tracking useless. no updates for 10 days. emails get ignored. i call them and ask them what is happening and where is my package. they say "i don't know."

Parcel no. 4940110490 has arrived in Chania on Tuesday morning, Every day since then I see "Delivery Failure". Today is Friday, again "Delivery Failure".On contacting my local Chania store on the first day of this delay, they informed me that they had the wrong phone number(!), but the mistake was already corrected(...) and they would deliver the next day. (I proactively asked what the "corrected" phone number was, and it was correct)Delays can happen, it doesn't make a company lousy. Lying, however, is a lousy practice.

The most rude and unprofessional delivery service ever Employees of Limassol brunch talk to their clients using swear words. Disgusting Impossible to get the parcel. Couriers come to your address and force you to come out because they "don't have time to come to the apartment/office". Unbelievable level of awful service.

Everything went smoothly
Today I received an order I placed online and I was waiting for. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. I received updates on my Viber number for every step of the shipping. Everything went smoothly and the driver was very polite. I paid cash on delivery. Well done guys!
