Huge SCAM - no product delivered, no contact
It's been almost one month since I ordered products online. I never received the products. I've tried to contact their customer support 3 times already, and I've heard nothing. I can't get the products; I can't get my money back. It's a HUGE SCAM

Good products, some problems with shipment and contact
I had a problem with the shipment, because it has taken a long time to start and I had no information about it. Moreover, I couldn't contact the seller via web, phone or email and finally I managed to contact via facebook. Once the problem was clarified and solved, the shipment has been done as usual in 48 hours with a small gift to compensate for the wait.
