I went to the Taco Bell on 22 Mile Road and Gratiot, and I’m extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from this location again. My order barely had any tortilla chips and only a small amount of beans, cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream. It looked nothing like the pictures you advertise. The portion was skimpy, and it honestly felt like they cut corners on every ingredient. This was not worth what I paid, and the quality did not match what’s promoted.
Food was all wet, forgot ice and half of my food had to throw it all away it was NOT edible!!!
I visited the location in Stockholm. The food was mediocre at best, but most importantly, my friend's computer was STOLEN!!! I will not be returning to the restaurant.

There is a Taco Bell on Shelbyville Rd., Louisville, KY by the Whole Foods store the restaurant fairly clean staff was good too . There was this little old man that wears dark glasses sort of thin working behind the counter didn’t catch his name. He did an amazing job working and waiting on people. I enjoyed watching him work, he needs a heads up five stars to him just wish our younger crowd could see how hard he worked. . I never caught your name, but I give you five stars for your hard work and motivation.

Taco Bell Birchanger services are the most useless food source they never get the order right. I’ve just been delivered 4 cold broken tacos with a few cold chips at the bottom of the bag when I had ordered 4 full meals for 4 grown adults. This is absolutely unacceptable as 2 out of the 4 adults I ordered for cannot eat the tacos due to allergies! I have called every customer service available to me and every one has been a complete let down not solving my situation just sending me onto someone else to call. I did not receive any money back and now have to order more food from elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable service and customer care from every employee I have spoken too. Do better Taco Bell!!!

I order at least a dozen times per month. I had only a couple of issues out of hundreds of orders. A driver stole my order in January 2025 and admitted it by official text message. No response after several "Contact Us" messages with order # and details. In December 2025, I received the wrong delivery order. No response on either order afted the initial "we'll follow up" email. The staff at the store reviewed the issues today with me. They apologized for the useless AI that corporate uses to prevent people from resolving their problems. Will continue patronizing them, but deleting the app. Local staff is unhappy they get bad reviews because Corporate takes your money with no recourse.
I went to Taco Bell for dinner and I got a chicken quesadilla but when I took it out of the bag it was light weight so I opened it up to find almost nothing inside.

Very nice employee’s, food was made very fast which also turned out delicious! Had a variety of drink selections (refillable) which caught mine and my friend group’s attention.
Ordered the new little taco salad I've had it twice it was great will today ordered it shell was in pieces no bottom, only beans with a 1/2 tsp of beef, no cheese, a tbsp maybe of lettuce, terrible. I wish I could upload a picture.
Food stone cold and soggy and poor content and quality. Uber blamed for it being cold, rang the restaurant directly no apology for lack of quality and content and when I asked for the managers name the phone was put down on me. I decided to go to restaurant as its only 5 minutes away for all members of staff to be rude and have poor customer services, they even denied receiving a phone call and not knowing there contact number, complaints policy and even the store number to which I needed to do a customer survey. All members of staff apparently didnt work at the Disbury branch and not one member staff of wearing a name badge and they all refused to give me there names for complaining further to head office, I believe we all need to learn from our mistakes and thats why I have complained to head office so nobody has to experience such poor customer service.
