Don't do it. Just don't.

What a nightmare. Against my better judgment, I moved from ATT and have had billing issues for the first 5 months and counting. The sales team is in the US, but Customer Service is offshore and absolutely worthless.

I would not even give them one star but…

I would not even give them one star but have to. I called to get phones and sign up. The phones got lost in mail. Weeks before a man brought them to our house. When I activated one worked and then they got turned off because they were lost. But I activated with TMobile. This left us with no phones. Went to store and redid our bill much hire then quoted on phone. We were stuck in contract ., so when we called to change after contract obilgation, representative rude and trying to trick me into their internet. No way would I use their services again. You all have better options.

SAVE YOURSELF DON'T BUY HERE

SAVE YOURSELF! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! We had our entire family as well as internet = 13 lines with t- mobile but it bill was always more and nothing we did brought it down. We ended up going to verizon for a price DECREASE of over $150 per month! We found out why after t- mobiles next bill was STILL $307! Come to find out one of the numbers was unable to port (t mobile lines their pound of flesh) and the stores had been taking in trackers and extra gadgets into our account! That along with our home internet $50 (which was constantly slow in the evenings) and my tablet $20 was STILL $307! They've been charging me for the old modem for about a year(maybe more) because I was never told that I HAD TO CALL TO CANCEL! What fantastic customer service! Bunch of blood sucking POS's! Never again T mobile! CROOKED THIEVES! Thanks Josha for telling me how it was all my fault though you don't do customer support in any of your stores anymore and leave it to the customers to deal with your "Better than you" attitude.

Crazy Charges

Left T-mobile and they charged me undisclosed balances. Even tried to send my bill to a collection agency. I closed the account December 2025 and then found out it was not officially closed till February. They charged me late fees (which I was not aware that the # is still working, technically not my phone # it was an extra phone number associated w/ the account) Advise, do not use T-mobile, they are ripping off customers.

T Mobile Vandalized my home

Avoid T mobile/metronet at all cost or it will cost you thousands of dollars. I got a flyer from T mobile in Jan to join their founders fiber internet in the area and have my price locked in for 10yrs. I signed up and they sent a technician out to install the internet. When he i arrived i expressly told him to not drill a new hole but use the existing one for the internet cable as the siding is old and will be prone to crack in the cold weather. The technician agreed and went out side but to my surprise I instantly heard drilling. Upset but willing to let it go i waited for him to return and asked him if everything went okay which he said yes. After he left i went outside to check on it and found that my siding had about a 2-3 inch crack where he drilled the new whole. I called T-mobile ever 3-4 days for 3 weeks to constantly be told they are submitting a ticket and someone will call me in 2-3 business days which the never did. It was clear after the 5 or 6 time trying to get T mobile to respond to this damages they were doing nothing and just hoping i go away. So I filed a complaint with the BBB which finally got them to respond and they tried to claim they have no responsibility as the technician was a contractor and i have to purse him. I obviously rejected that because it was T-mobile who hired the contractor and I have a contract with T-mobile to provide services not some random contractor i have no information on. They finally called me when they realized i wasn't going away and got metronet involved as they informed me metronet handles the installation T mobile handles the servicing. so this is outsourced to metronet who outsources it to contractors. I had many siding inspect the damages and despite the small amount of damages they advise due to the age that the entire siding on the room with the damages be replaced due to repair jobs would not be warranty because they couldnt guarantee a repair on old siding would last. Metronet refused this and instead found a local siding company who would do the job and metronet said they would warranty the area. Sounds great FINALLLY it would be fixed and if the repair failed metronet would take care of it. except when it was time for the funds to be released to start the repair job metronet sent me a contract to sign okay sure i guess? i read the contract and i had to agree release metronet from any liability or damages caused from the damage to the siding even unknown and future damages. it also stated that any agreements out side the contract are not valid. so this essentially mean the promised warranty by metronet would be invalid as it would be an agreement outside the contract and would be unknown damages. So metronet/tmobile was just openly lying knowing they would never warranty this because they know this repair job will not last. also if water damaged resulted be cause of this crack siding or repair failing it would be on me to cover it. So PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY they openly admit to vandalizing your stuff and do every shady trick to avoid accountability

Just terrible customer service skills…

Just terrible customer service skills not telling you the truth just to get a sales very slick! I went through days of lies,be dishonest, not be able to understand because it was a language barrier. This continue from 2/18/26 through 2/25/26 and Thank God for finally getting a lady named Kenya about 1:45 that day she was God sent and solved my problems. It's not nice trying to get over on seniors your company should be ashame of yourself. I have been with tmobile they say 23yrs but it's been more like 30 yrs. Loyalty does mean anything to tmobile and that doesn't look good. Thank you Kenya for being one of God's angels watching over people like me!

I received a bill from T-Mobile saying…

I received a bill from T-Mobile saying I owed them $76 and I never have had a T-Mobile phone or account. Speaking to 5-10 different service representatives I received nothing but a runaround. They supposedly opened a fraud case giving me a reference number. After 2 weeks hearing nothing I try calling getting any info I can on the subject. Nobody has a clue what’s going on. The fraud department can’t even be reached by me or anyone and they tell you they are backed up and they do t know how long it could take. Sounds like if the fraud department is backed up T-Mobile must be a terrible company to deal with. Well I can say this that the customer service I dealt with did nothing but lie and hang up on me after putting me on hold for 10 minutes. Will never make T-Mobile my cell company and everyone else should do the same. Pathetic customer service

Service has gone to hell. Utterly worthless support

They bought out U.S. Cellular and the transition has been absolutely awful. My internet speed has gone from about 60 Mbps down to around 3 Mbps. When I tried to chat with them for support? Well, this is the very first time I have gotten an AI that could not solve my problem, told me it would connect me to a real person, and the "real person" it connected me to was actually another AI!T-Mobile / U.S Cellular has lost a customer. I'll be looking for a new carrier .

Shitty customer service

Shitty customer serviceThey provided incorrect information on the pricing, then surprised me with the bill. I cancelled my previous provider's service to switch to t-mobile, and now switching back. Extremely disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This company will tell you one thing and then charge you something else. They are untrustworthy and have terrible customer service. Even after showing evidence that I was lied to they still would not fix it. I still owe 2 years on one phone and a year on two others, I am considering canceling my service and going somewhere else. Att may cost a little more but at least they never treated my husband terrible when he had them. He only closed his account cause I was with T-Mobile. Do not get a phone with them. It asks for a date of experience well every single interaction since 2023

I’m so disappointed in this service I…

I’m so disappointed in this service I wish I would have never switched. Customer service is always an hour or more to get someone who doesn’t speak English well and they aren’t even well versed on plans etc. the service isn’t the best. It’s just not a good company.

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for many…

I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for many years and recently added a new line with a “get one on us” trade-in promotion. I was told multiple times — over the phone and through chat — that the iPhone would be $0 with trade-in and that my monthly service cost would be reduced through a loyalty adjustment. After returning my device, I found out the promotion was never properly attached to my order. I had to provide screenshots and escalate the issue myself before it was corrected.Being told the same information several times and then discovering it wasn’t processed correctly is incredibly frustrating. Long-time customers should not have to chase down promotions that were promised in writing. While the issue is now being reviewed, the experience has seriously damaged my trust.

T Mobile is not BBB Accredited

I purchased a tablet from them I was assured I could use it to replaced a phone line that I was paying for but no longer had the phone.#1 they told me I could not remove the line because of the plan I was on. After paying a $97 installation fee and receiving the tablet I was told I would have to pay an addition $20 a month to have a phone attached. So I returned the tablet and it was delivered back to them. Now they are saying that $750 transaction never took place and I am having a problem getting a refund on my credit card. I switched carriers and am now waiting for my bank to handle it. Worst company I have had to deal with

Deceptive billing, un-knowledgeable customer service

Used t mobile for years, mainly because family members used them. Finally had enough of their dishonest billing practices and un-knowledgeable, and sometimes condescending, customer service reps. Went to Consumer Cellular, who are the direct opposite, and couldn't be happier.

service suspended because of 2 cent missed in last payment

I paid bill based on the amount in text message on my phone. I received a suspension email said I missed the last month payment, which clearly is not the situation. I called their customer service, I was told I missed 2 cents in my last payment. To prevent my phone got suspended and $60 dollar fine, I have to setup a payment plan which I have to give them my financial information like bank accounts, otherwise , my service will be suspended. Even if send out the payment check right away won't fix the problem.Does it sounds crazy to you?

Giving T-MOBILE a single star, but even that is too much.

Giving these losers a single star, since the system won't allow anything less. FOUR [4] of the worst days we've ever experienced in trying to set up a new combined cell phone, internet, and desk phone combo. A T-Mobile representative would confirm everything was connected and working OK when, in reality, NOTHING was connected correctly. They initially got the mobile phone connected, then we lost that connection when they added the internet. Then, the internet went away when we tried to add the 2nd cell phone. THEN. other issues arose. The cycle of incompetent representatives repeatedly offering incomprehensible, incomplete, and incorrect instructions were followed by more counterintuitive directions that were completely useless. This senseless routine repeated itself over and over again, with the final result being that we never achieved full connections with all devices. We endured that repeated cycle of insanity for FOUR [4] full days until we finally had enough of their lies and falsehoods, and we asked them to cancel service and give us credit and return of prepaid funds.THEN, the real battle began. It took MONTHS for T-MOBILE to finally give us full credit and return all funds. Unfortunately, [for them] we've been able to happily tell the entire World about the inadequacies of the T-Mobiles dysfunctional and unprofessional level of operations. PLEASE save yourself the pain, agony, and flustration, by using a Competent cell phone Provider, and avoid this bunch of rookie losers. You can thank me later.
