I called checked the balance money still there ok everything good .. 2 days later go to target to use the card boom the card isn’t working couldn’t empty ….. the customer service was very fishy and unprofessional to say the least … they said I must have gave the info out lol yes I did to them 😂

Spammer extraordinaire!! Horrible!!
Spammer extraordinaire!!@Swapcard@ emailed me out of the blue trying to get me to "connect" with unknown persons. And to "Unsubscribe", they then rudely demanded that I first Register with them AND agree to their Terms & Conditions before I could do that!! Fortunately Google was able to by-apss this for me.If you have problems with SwapCard, then you could email them at: legal at swapcard.com and info at swapcard.com . But I would recommend you definitely do NOT register with them.I have never been so angry with a Spammer before. Such supreme arrogance.Clearly a very frivolous set-up with no manners and no human values or understanding

Spam artists
I have never registered for this site, though they claim I have. They spam me incessantly about future events I am 'registered for' yet I have never registered for anything. When told in no uncertain terms to cease and desist and delete my details, they blame third party event organisers and tell me to log into my account to stop it. But I never signed up for an account so 🤷♂️Repeated requests to cease and desist are met with excuses and refusal. So as far as I can tell this is a platform created to legitimise spam mailings. Not cool.

I couldn't log into the event I registered for which seemed to be an issue with my event account. Whilst support do try and fix your issue no call centre or web chat leave you with basic email support which is slow when trying to troubleshoot a live issue. I would avoid and go with another provider due to the lack of end user support.
