I cancelled my subscription auto renewal and they still charged me. Then they tell me I am not eligible for a refund. This company is a scam. Don't subscribe to them. Nothing but scam artist! Thieves!!! I am going to tell everyone about this shady company.
I work in retail and I have to connect to a free WiFi which is very public. I use my Surfshark every day and I never have a problem. It works great with the app I use at my store. Definitely worth the money.
Was very slow to load sites when using it. This has not been an issue with other VPNs. It also ran in the background and denied me accessing the internet. It took me an hour to figure out what was causing the issue because I had turned the VPN off and it wasn't supposed to be running. However, they did process my refund quickly so fair play.

I was charged HKD 83.90 for an auto-renewal (Order: GPA.3345-1757-7762-61357). Despite ZERO usage since Dec 25, Surfshark strictly refused a refund. Agent Quentin (Case: 7399573) even used the "No-logs policy" as an excuse to claim they couldn't verify my zero activity. Hypocritical to use a privacy feature to deny a rightful refund. Avoid this rigid company that prioritizes legal terms over fair service.

Did not know this service decided to charge me in perpetuity. Refund for latest charge denied. Complete lack of good faith. They just stole $79 from me, and they are keeping it because that is their policy. Ripoff company.
Paid for full app. Never got upgraded. Presented documents from both Google Play store and credit card statement. What I got was lots and lots of lip service but never got the app I paid for.

Do not subscrive to their services, they will suspend your account without warning, for no reason, when you ask, they dont say why they suspended you account, i do not recomend, and they will not refund your money!
