Amazing scooters
Amazing scooters. Very durable. Olympic depth swimming pools all around me after a local storm but these babies manoeuvred through the puddles with great ease despite my friend falling head first into said puddles on lesser know inferior so called competitive scooters. A++

La empresa Superpedestrian no es de fiar.Compre la Copenhagen wheel. Una gran idea pues es una rueda que pones en tu bici y ya es eléctrica.Funcionaba muy bien.La dejaron de fabricar por que no les compensaba el costo y empezaron a fabricar los patinetes, al parecer mas rentable.La rueda se controla desde una aplicación del teléfono, al dejar de fabricarla, dejaron de actualizar la aplicación, por lo cual al actualizar el software del teléfono o como en mi caso al cambiar a un teléfono nuevo, no puedo usar la aplicación y por lo tanto no puedo activar la rueda. Contactado con la empresa no dan respuesta ni solución.No es de recibo que hayan dejado de dar asistencia al retirar el producto. La rueda es ahora un objeto inútil.Puede ocurrir lo mismo con cualquier producto que compréis de esta empresa.The Superpedestrian company is not trustworthy.I Bought the Copenhagen wheel. A great idea because it is a wheel that you put on your bike and it is already electric.It worked very well.They stopped manufacturing the wheel, because the cost was not worth it and they started manufacturing scooters, apparently more profitable.The wheel is controlled from an application on the phone. When they stopped manufacturing it, they stopped updating the application, so when updating the phone's software or, as in my case, when changing to a new phone, I cannot use the application and therefore I cannot activate the wheel. Contacted the company they did not give a response or solution.It is unacceptable that they have stopped providing assistance when removing the product. The wheel is now a useless object.The same can happen with any product you buy from this company.Sugerencias

Beat up scooters costing more than car
Used the service of a battered scooter in Torrevieja (Spain) and didn't realized that they charge enormous money per minute. Paid nearly 11€ for half an hour ride - 0.30€ per minute. My car share service in London charges less per minute for a car, actual car... avoid such a costly service at all.

Ride failed twice, which caused me to be charged and they won't refund. Charge back carried out with bank. AVOID!!!!

This is an absolutely appalling company run by unscrupulous people. They withdrew from my area and so I asked them to refund the balance in my account. They will not refund, they are quite simply stealing my hard earned money

This is an absolutely appalling company, run, it seems, by unscrupulous people. They withdrew from my area and so I asked them to refund the balance in my account. The initial contact was good and they promised to issue the refund. No refund has been issued. This was 3 months ago now and, despite emailing them on many occasions, they are completely ignoring me. I would suggest you avoid this company at all cost!

Absolute horrible show of a service.
Absolute horrible show of a service.. drove to my destination with a permitted parking zone and I could not cancel the service.. after trying 3 other close by parking zones the same fault persisted. I had to return the scooter to the original destination at 12 O clock in the night and walk home. Further more after complaining via email I was refunded money on the app that I cannot withdraw. I will never ever use this service again so my money is stuck in limbo on there app.. horrible service

I get fed up with arriving back in the Canary Islands and all my LINK SCOOTER credit has been ZEROED!! Also why do these companies always make it difficult to CONTACT / COMPLAIN ????!!!!! I’m not happy and won’t use them again.

Removed all scooters from the city, did not refund my credit
I have topped up my in-app wallet earlier, and still have a £21.60 balance. Superpedestrian removed all scooters from the city without notice, and removed the zones and parking spots from their map as well, yet the city is listed on their website as one of their operating locations.The only information currently available is a BBC article mentioning that the company does not respond to them.

Shocking service, Avoid these scammers at all costs, ill be getting a refund via my credit card company and deleting the app, 2 x scooters failed at Caleta De fuste Feurteventura, we wanted to explore some of the coastline, now we're arguing over a credit and refund, I'll let the credit card company sort it.

Stung on holiday- don't use this company.
Stung on holiday: Steer clear of this bunch. We thought it would be good to hire Superpedestrian's electric scooters to explore the small town of Morro Jablé, on Fuerteventura when we were holidaying there a week or two ago. Sadly we got stung with an enormous charge of 22 Euros for using 2 scooters to travel the equivalent of a 15-minute walk. The scooters cut out when you tried to use them anywhere but the prom along the beach. Didn't work on public roads. Feeling really sore about this and I would discourage anyone else from using these. If you want to set up a sustainable alternative means of travel it has to be cheaper than cars or taxis.

no surprise that they have bad reviews. you want to support them but their customer support is trash. when i ask for an invoice to be sent per email as a pdf they dont reply. spent at least 1K on their stupid scooters and no invoicing ever received.their support desk is nonexistent. terrible.

Scooters slow down on rides…
Scooters seem to slow down on rides where you buy passes so it will use up your time and charge extra. If you end your ride at 5 seconds before the pass expires, you get charged an extra minute because they end the ride after you take a picture of the scooter. There is no way to pause the ride so if you pay for 1/2 hour and you use it for 15 minutes, when you park it to go into a merchant, the clock is still ticking and you'd better hope nobody takes off with your active scooter or you can end the ride and lose the rest of the time you paid for. PURE SKULLDUGGERY. Companies should make money while having fair practices.

They change and remove Park hubs ON PURPOSE so they can charge more money!! I started a scooter that was mysteriously parked in a no parking zone. I wanted to immediately end the ride because I saw in the map that my destination had no parking hubs but I couldn‘t because the scooter was already in a no parking zone!! So I was forced to spend money! The parking hubs were hard to find, some were inside of mountains!! I was on the phone with customer support which had bad audio quality by the way for 20 minutes. I was ASSURED that if I drive the scooter into a close parking hub I‘d get my refund. So I started searching, it was really hard to find even tho you saw it on the map, it would just not get any closer. At some point the agent ended the ride. I was told repeatedly that they could only end the ride if I was in a Parking Hub, so I must have been in one. Did I ever get my 10€ refund? Of course not. I contacted Customer Support again and they didn‘t give a damn, just responded with the same automated responses and then ignored my last E-Mail. As useless as an AI bot. This is a way of scamming people to get more money and they are doing it on purpose. STAY AWAY from this company!!!

I would give zero stars ive used it in tenerife while I've been in holiday several times app just crashed Nd I couldn't end my ride and I've been charged all that time , also I've done several short trips every time charged me more than supposed to do and got the message on app that I'll get refunded in 5 up to 14 days is been months I've never seen any refund from them and is no way to get in contact with them as the email bounce back, plus some of the rides I had the scooters where very bad keep stopping then I had to push it most of the time and some with the suspension broken than u can feel every lite stone on road surface and your hands get numb from vibration horrible they tuck a lot of money out of me and never get refunded

Serious waste of money….2 bucks to unlock and if you go into a store for a minute you have to end your ride so it won’t get stolen and pay another 2 to unlock it again and 40 cents a minute. The first ride they only let you go like half the speed but charge the same. My first ride I had three stops and ended up buying two passes plus I still got charged and it wasn’t because I used it for the 90 minutes on my passes…it’s leaving my first stop the second stop was a block away but it used a 30 minute ride on my pass even though I used it for literally 30 seconds…anyway if you haven’t used them what I said makes no sense…basically it cost me 24 bucks for 15 minutes on the scooter because I had to stop a few times and it would have been cheaper to call an Uber. If you really want to use a scooter save the money you would spend on this company for two weeks and buy your own

Avoid at all costs
My one and only ride on a Superpedestrian scooter failed. They credited my account, but I asked instead that the amount be refunded to my card.The credit disappeared from my app, but never appeared in my account.Same story for my wife.Now they're not even responding to emails or FB messages.Superpedestrian are up there with some of the worst companies I've ever dealt with; the scooters are not fit for purpose and their customer service employees should be ashamed of themselves.

Horrible scooters
Horrible scooters. Horrible company that could care less about our cities. Abandoned in my yard over a week. They don't respond to email or track and retrieve their scooters. So I'm left with having to deal with their crap in my lawn.
