Unhelpful staff & Skimpy Sandwiches

Someone had given us a Subway gift card and we tried to place an order online. Apparently, Subway doesn’t honor any deals that they have if you are ordering online. The app wouldn’t take our gift card and it wouldn’t let us pay any other way. We ended up going to Subway in person, which was also a waste of time. The manager was no help and we ended up wasting 45 minutes there.Don’t get Subway gift cards! They have the worst sandwiches and service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

If I could No stars I would. This company is a scam. Please be warned. If reading this customers, stay 100% clear of this scam service. Not high speed, continuing loading and if you want to watch tv after 5, count on unplugging tv and router average of 9 times first. If you are a customer who cast from your phone, unable to in certain spots of your home or apartment. When they offer you a WiFi connection extender it doesn’t work either and then you have to fight to have a tech come. They will continuously as you to do the troubleshooting. This company is really, really bad. Don’t just take my word Please google. Absolutely terrible service and forced on us by property. Two stars or less on all platforms but as platforms are stating, they are now using bots to help their reputation. Stay clear

I tried the new Protien wrap

I tried the new Protien wrap. The picture looked great! One slice of cheese, good meat portions, 2 small tomatoes and 2 pepper rings. I don't eat lettuce and when I asked for more vegetables, I was told that I could subtract, but I could not add anything. Great idea, lousy implementation.

Subway was running a special

Subway was running a special. Every 4th sub is free. So on Jan 28th I ordered 2 subs an 2 cookies. An the app showed the 2 I ordered towards the 4. On Feb 12th I ordered 2 more. An it showed the 4th one was going to be free until I paid for my order as soon as they got their money the app flipped back to I only had credit for 1 sub. When I contacted customer service because on my last order I should have only been charged for 1 according to the special. They informed me their was apparently a problem with my installed app an gave me some stupid things to do to fix it. When I replied to the email a second time an informed them to look at my account an they would see I had ordered 4 an should refund my money for 1 of the subs. The never responded until 2 weeks later then informed me since I never responded to them they were closing my complaint. Really never responded. So if $6 is that important to them go ahead and keep it. I will never order from them again an I do order at least once a month. So the 4th free sub was a scam. To get people to order more. But now they have lost a customer for life. Jimmy John's is way better anyway an so if firehouse subs

Brilliant experience

I visited the Liverpool Road, Great Sankey, Warrington store this morning around 11am. I had a large order of 12 subs. The staff member was working alone and honestly was amazing. I didn’t catch his name but he organised it all, was so proactive and even remembered each sub 1 by 1. He went above and beyond under pressure and was so positive and helpful throughout. We were in there probably 20 minutes at the most which for someone making all those subs themselves (and toasting them) and taking payment is amazing, please give this person the massive recognition they deserve- I can’t get over how brilliant they were. Also- each sub was perfect! Thank you so much

This place is horrible for online…

This place is horrible for online orders. It's like charge me for extra vegetables. I'll pay, but they don't instead. You ask for extra black olives and they give you 4 or 5 on the sandwich unless you're watching them make the subway in the store when you order online. This company is horrible, putting the vegetables and extra toppings on the sandwich attention. Subway workers, you're not actually paying for the vegetables. You're just putting them on the sandwich okayI mean, why do people think that you're gonna have to be deducted? Pay if you put an extra black olive on someone's sandwich is beyond me. ThisPlace highly recommend going inside the store to order not online.Horrible online service

I miss eating crunchy cookies…

I miss eating crunchy chocolate chip cookies… Lately, everytime I go to eat at any Subway restaurant I get very soft cookies which I hate. Feels like they’re not fresh cookies. Please, bring back the crunchiness. 🙄

Subway Wellingborough Rd Northampton. 2 orders via Just Eat. 1 was 1.5 hours late. I cancelled the other today after it was over 3 hours. Late. There is something seriously wrong with this store.

Glebe Hill Tasmania Subway Poor Management

Subway at Glebe Hill Shopping Centre in Tasmania is very poorly managed. Almost every time I visit this store, they are "out" of one or more major ingredients, and this situation appears to be getting worse. On one occasion, they didn't even have any bread rolls. Today, there was no tuna, no cucumber and it looked like their stocks of other ingredients were low. I would normally just order something different - but today I walked out and went to a sandwich bar a couple of doors from them for my lunch. The staff at this store are generally pretty good - it is poor management letting this business down.

Subway Night Mare

Terrible I just ordered 3 Philly Cheese for my family and the Sandwich was awful the steak wasn’t steak and no mushrooms on the sandwich the bread was horrible hard and chewy Subway tried to cover up the fact that there were no mushrooms extra cheese and the steak was horrible save your money because I just wasted mine on Subway Bull Stuff and I want damn refund. I will never spend my money on Subway ever again.

Last weekend my wife and I went to…

Last weekend my wife and I went to Subway in Hearne, Texas. I ordered chicken,bacon,Ranch with all the vegetables. My wife ordered tuna both on white bread. Got home and ate later that night and all the next day my wife and I were both sick and had diarrhea. Something needs to be done with this Subway cause this wasn't the first time thing's had happened.

Improper handling of food

I'm surprised the place isn't shutdown, I've never see a subway so disgusting, I ordered a vegetarian sandwich but declined it because every single vegetable was dried up like they sat out for a few days, Please I beg you stay away from the Grapevine store off NW Highway/Park at all cost if you value your health. Not sure what happened because I used to eat there and everything looked fresh but they have gone downhill fast.

The food is not heated…

On 3-4 separate occasions the food is not hot, bread is dry and the overall experience is now never to be repeated. No Napkins. No more custom.... and believe you me I will tell every one!!!!

My order went to a different location

My order went to a different location. Could have been my fault not sure. I then ordered again in my location. It would not accept my card. There is nothing wrong with the card. I put in a different card. Didn’t work. Got the clerk to try. She didn’t understand why. Not the first time it happened. Customers complained subway app extremely unfriendly. I totally agree. Had to leave and go to MARY BROWNS where my card worked perfectly. The store was perfect. Staff perfect. The app totally sucks. I’m deleting it. Wasted almost 2 hours and had to go somewhere else for food.

I haven't been to Subway in 5 years, and never going back.

I haven't been to Subway in 5 years, at least. So thet had a deal for a 12" sub for $6.99. So to get this price you need to order on-line. Well, the Subway web site is terrible. I try to check out and it claims my credit card is fraudulent. (Not true.) So try another credit card, same thing. So since we planned a trip around it we just ordered it in the store. A basic club was $16.00. It was fine, mostly bread, very little meat, but who would pay that price for this? Competitors are cheaper and so much better.
