The site is user friendly, lots of payment options, & a good selection of seat options. I STRONGLY feel that the fees are EXCESSIVE.

STUBHUB failed me. Never use STUBHUB.
I missed the concert and I blame Stub Hub. As an American I went to Brazil to see Bad Bunny. I went to venue and they wouldn't let me in with the $385 tickets I bought. When I purchased these tickets, NO WHERE did it tell me it was senior citizen tickets. I couldn't view my ticket b/c the owner was in Brazil. I was told tickets would be MAILED to me to USA for me to see the ticket 1 WEEK before the concert, which wouldn't work b/c I would already be in Brazil. I had to arrange things with my Brazilian hotel to accept mail on my behalf. Then last minute the ticket owner CHANGES it to ELECTRONIC transfer on a Brazilian app called Quentro. Everything in Portuguese. I get to venue and they block me b/c I am not a senior. I call StubHub customer service: they tell me "your fault" in the confirmation you sent it said your ticket is a "concession ticket" for seniors - I go back to my email and it's IN THE FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EMAIL BELOW ALL LINKS. The venue said I'd have to pay for another ticket! I stood outside the venue in Sao Paulo in a sketchy dangerous neighborhood trying to figure this out on my phone. Phones get robbed in Brazil, it was risky. I then went to the venue's customer service line but guess what, it was VERY LONG and FULL of Americans. Hundreds of Americans were IN THE SAME SITUATION as me! Some had "student tickets" without knowing it, some had "Senior tickets" and others never got tickets through Quentro. But the one thing we all had in common was: we bought tickets on STUBHUB. Hundreds got scammed, paid big money and never got to see the concert, traveled far with hope to see a concert - STUBHUB customer service FAILED ME. I'll never forget the rep: "you bought this ticket and it was delivered to you, therefore we won't help you". Also one Stubhub email said my ticket was in "inferior" section and a different email or on Quentro app it said in a "superior" section. At first StubHub rep played it off saying the ticket owner upgraded my ticket (without telling me), when I challenged this idea the rep said it must have been a glitch. I plan to leave this story EVERYWHERE online on every review site, Reddit, social media, App store, you name it.

Uncomfortable seats
The seats in the theater were like stadium seats very small and hard. Very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time and so close together you were almost on top of the person sitting next to you. While Gary was funny, we left early because we were that uncomfortable. We were very disappointed and will never book this venue again.

Fees seem high
1. The fees for the transaction seem high. I don't know how fees are decided, but I struggle to believe they are reasonable.2. When returning to the parking garage, the parking pass did not open the door to the garage, so we could retrieve our car. A person was able to wiggle their hand to the manual override inside the garage which saved us from a lot of stress to figure out how to access the garage.

Stubhub should add any venue age limits…
Stubhub should add any venue age limits to the information when purchasing tickets. I assumed taking teenagers to see a band of teenagers would be simple. While there was a lot of confusion and stress as to whether my teens could even enter the venue right up until the day of, they had a great time!

Sam Smith was everything his fans expected him to be — entertaining, emotional, funny and unforgettable. The show was just the right duration and he gave us all his hits plus some surprise bangers and covers. I wish I could see him again.

Great Sphere seat selection options
We saw the Eagles at the Sphere. Tickets were pricey, but worth it. It was easy to compare different seat locations, and it was easy to transfer the tickets to my friends and family. Be warned, however, you must have the current Ticketmaster app installed on your phone in order to get into the venue.
