I have had just about the worst customer service experience with this company that I’ve ever had with any company. This prompted me to write a review. First we were missing pieces to our desk and had to contact them more than five times to obtain this piece after several months. I’m still waiting on a power strip that I ordered four months ago and the company does not respond to my request for a refund. The desk itself is a nice quality it’s really a shame that their service is so horrible.UPDATE: the company did reach out to me after my last email finally after posting this review and my item is now on the way so I have updated my review.
I bought a stand desk from this STANDDESK.CO they ship the wrong item because they didn't have stock and they ship the cheapest one. It is impossible to reach out to them and voice message say 4 to 5 business is the turnaround time to get a reply. I also searched BBB rating is C- and it is doubt why they are in business. They do not honor warranty and their desk breaks in three months
