Lousy customer service- they don't even understand what is customers name and address😂😂😂I can't experience the product without washing it first -> Now it can't be sent back. Not as cosy as expected, takes days to dry without using a tumbler. NOT RECOMMANDED!
This company is excellent. I had an issue with needing replacement of an item and they went above and beyond helping me. Great customer service!
If I could give 0 stars. This company actually deserves a -10. No customer service at all, sure they talk nice on the phone, then never follow through. Also, their email is always "down" when I call, and they see no record at all of any emails I have sent them over the past two months, even though I have mail receipts showing they went through. They lie about everything. WHAT A SCAM. If they do not send out a replacement cover tomorrow with a tracking number, I will call & post with the Better Business Bureau. You have had ample time to reply and replace my cover. Oh, and then while I am waiting for you to receive resent email, which I also got a receipt for, that it went through....your computers conveniently go down, and the IT people are gone for the day. WHAT A CROCK!
Extremely thin poor quality pool cover, not water tight. After following instructions perfectly, the seam clearly has water beading up through from the pool, the top is soaked. I do not recommend. Complete waste of money

I normally don't write reviews but (Craig) at Splash Super Center went beyond my expectations regarding decision of pool covers. I researched numerous reputable distributor contacts, all of which could not answer a technical question regarding replacement of a pool cover and anchor placement. Craig, at SSC was the only one that made sense & Craig offered options regarding my situation. And...at a reasonable price.
James Turner, We purchased a high quality winter pool cover which ripped during the winter. We took pics of the torn part and sent it to them so we could get a replacement. They wrote us back and said they would not warranty it because the factory said it was not a factory defect. The rip was along the seam only. It would seem to me and others in my family that it is indeed a factory defect. I do believe that someone was educated well beyond their intelligence level. Wish I could have given them zero stars. UPDATE: As of 9/19/19, I have not heard from nor have I been in touch with your customer service team!
Purchased a pool cover from these people. All of this is just a piece of cheap tarp. Just cover did not last one season. Contacted customer service. Customer service will not stand behind you. If you are looking to purchase a pool cover do not purchase it from these people. If anything is defective they will offer you a 20% discount. That is it. They can take their 20% discount and shove it . Go to a real pool place Do not purchase from this company. They are a scam.
Bought some pucks that will not dissolve.Follow up:Holy smokes that was 7 months ago, Pucks still don't dissolve very fast at all. Was a struggle to keep chlorine levels up. Still would not recommend.
EASY ORDERING, CAME QUICK AND HOEPFULLY THE COVER WILL FIT. I USED THE CHEMICALS LAST YEAR. THRY WORKED GREAT.

Where is my pool cover? I ordered last week . Not impresed with your customer service. I needed this cover before I leave for a three week trip. Not happy at all with splash.
The donut tubes are cute, nice size, good quality and we received them in 5 days. Very pleased.
