Your website is malfunctioning: it assigns a random country and uses it for payment verification instead of the country configured in the user's account. This resulted in a checkout error and a freeze on my funds, unnecessarily delaying the transaction and causing frustration.

Really clean purchase and install especially for Plug-ins. I like it that you have products for both Kontakt and VST. It's nice to see your product in the sounds list of Fender Studio 8. I really like the affordability of the $29 products. I simply would not be able to afford the high priced products. I really like Spitfire. Really clean and well done products.
The free and affordable sounds and samples sound great for their price. Haven't got around the high end stuff tho can't wait to have those.
I purchased the Originals epic Brass & Woodwinds. So far, I've only used the Brass option. After a little refining of the settings I got a sound that I really like.
World Class plugin. Easy to install
I have all evolutions from Spitfire Audio and like them al lot and use them every day.This library is for me less usable because the panning is all over the place, sound is great but panning is bad.If panning was oke, this was also a 5 star for me, to bad this is not solved af so many years.
The spitfire team always try to help solve problems and iron out issues. Although AI is used initially a human steps in to solve the problem where possible which is great!
Spitfire Audio has some fantastic sound libraries, and a really good system to download and install them. I am using their sounds for not only cinematic music and trailers but also for ambient music and chill beats. The interface on some of their libraries allows a lot of control of the sounds, and the sounds have a more organic nature than many synths.
Fantastic instruments… got what I was looking for”promised” 🙂I have some issues with kontakt, broken path to some sounds… I tried customer service, but I can’t get a human… only a bot.. I tried everything the bot suggested and more… re-download, reinstall, different paths… just can’t get it to work. But it’s only affecting a few instruments so it’s not the end of the world 🙂 just a bit frustrating.
All was good. It's a lil shame that chamber string essentials is a kontakt library and not standalone interface, but all works great. I would suggest you put a list of steps needed to make the libraries work in kontakt as a lot of people can have a hard time putting it to work for the first time. For example1. it's crucial to put the serial number of your purchased spitfire library in Native Access program. Otherwise downloaded library will be displayed in Kontakt player as demo. As far as I know you can download the library directly from Native Access. 2. If person adds the library manually, please write a short guide how to do so, because the interface of Kontakt is so horrible that I already forgot (becasue it's a nightmare) how to do so.
Its not a secret, the competition is strong among plugins company. But i always trusted Spitfire because there's an identity in the sound that corespond with me. I bought recently "rare flutes" and by the experience i had in life, i played in Japanese ensemble, a duo with a pipa player. When i opened the chinese bamboo flute, i just start improvising because...it brings me in the zone that we are all want: focus and a flow of notes that just come without thinking. And it happen for many other plugins i admit... but when you search your sounds, you go deep between all brands..my perfect match is Spitfire audio since more than 10years alrea

Most AI just gets in the way but your AI escorted me around the site taking me to everything I needed from the piano demo video to the download app and then on to the shopping cart. Abbey Road Orchestra Woodwinds are very well recorded and programmed overall. In particular, the sound quality and musicality are strong, especially given Spitfire’s occasional reputation for inconsistent programming across some libraries.One thing I do wish, though, is that more articulations were included in the Core tier, or that there were a middle tier allowing users to purchase additional articulations without also paying for the full mic complement. Many of us don’t necessarily need 16 mic positions, but would absolutely value access to the expanded articulations.The only real downside I’ve noticed is that the bassoon staccatissimo doesn’t feel quite as short or tight as I’d expect. Compared to the short staccato in Spitfire Symphony Orchestra’s bassoons, that is what I'd expect from a staccissimo in ARO Bassoons but instead we get a sharper staccato. Hopefully, future ARO solo bassoon can address this with a tighter staccatissimo option.
Your products are pretty expensive but in anyway you are doing great job excelent sound of a piano. I will buy in future more your products, I would like some other individual instruments.. strings... woodwinds...
