Great product & good service

After reading some of the views l was worried about my order but that wasn’t the case. The order arrived well packaged in a sturdy box and with packing. The figures were also perfect. I don’t understand why others have had bad experiences.

Low class

Wanted to complete my collection but too bad Mcfarlane toys got the rights to MK, Storm did add effects and the figures were fantastic, Mcfarlane figures look weird, don't have many extra's and can't even hold their props right, just looks off next to Storm and don't even stand on their own without the base. Very dissapointing

Gave my fully paid pre order away to retailers and then waited 4 months to tell anyone

Honestly I’m completely disgusted with you as a companyWho the hell manages to give pre order stock away to retailers?! And then to “compensate” me with a 15% off voucher??! How arrogant do you have to be to think I’ll EVER be shopping with you again?!! You think that not only 15% is fair but that I’ll have to wait 2 weeks for a refund on top?! I pre ordered on day one at zero hour! And *THIS* is your solution?!!! What the hell is wrong with you people?!I WILL NEVER BE USING MCFARLANE OR PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL BE SPREADING THIS FAR AND WIDE ON EVERY TOY COLLECTORS COMMUNITY I CAN FIND!This is absolutely insulting! $167.50 and MONTHS of waiting for you to just *give* my product that I’d paid for IN FULL to a god damn retailer?! And all I get is a shitty half assed apology and a 15% off voucher??RepulsiveNever again, and I’ll make SURE that it’s not just me that won’t be using your store or buying your products againI hope your company goes under

Poor quality control/poor customer service

Hi back in the beginning of November 2024 I had place a PRE-ORDER with the online store mcfarlanetoysstore.com and had previously ordered from them before so this was not my first rodeo with them nor the first time I was done wrong .I recently got my last order and I do mean the last order (won't ever agian) the first time was they sent me a incomplete order not mistakenly but knowingly. Did not email about but sent a notice when shipped out saying nothing about they over sold on on character which I had ordered 3 of but that it had shipped when I got my order it was incomplete and the added something else no email or any kind of notice just here you go accept it your out of luck . I only got 1 of the character which I had ordered 3 the same and 2 others that I did order different character and 2 collector comic I had never ordered or been aware of well of the 3 of the same characters in question the one I recieved the box was damaged . I had contacted them and all they said they reimbursed me for the two missing and that they could not fill the order complete a shortage out of stock the 1 did send me the box was damaged and I let them know and they apologized and gave me roughly $7 dollars back on my form of payment. So this time when I ordered it was 3 items I recieved a shipping box with no damaged done by the carrier but when I opened the shipping box I got 3 that I did order but one of the character packaging was several damaged with cracked packaging it was very bad from top to bottom on one side they had sent me a badly damaged packaging knowingly from there shipping fulfillment . I contacted them about and sent a photo . After going back in forth with them . They said if I wanted to return it was there policy which they don't give you notice when you order. That they don't cover the shipping no prepiad label from customer has to pay to send back no reimbursement you cost oh well anyhow and once they recieve will refund for the item only . I told them I should not have to pay out of pocket for an item that was knowingly sent in that condition they said your out of luck you have to cover then after go back and forth siad the can credit me something back but refused to on my form of payment which they had done previously from a different order I had problems with . But I was told I had to set up an account with them in order to receive and they were very persistent instead of just crediting back my card I used as payment which they had the would of been able to . But force me to set a account and reieve the credit on my next order . Which I made clear I was never gonna order agian from them . They are other websites/companies that have more standards as far as treating customers fiarly.They pretty much said you must set up an account still even thought they acknowledged they would give me a credit but that was the only but would never get cause I was not ordering e er from them and I made it clear.Believe me other businesses have way better stardards as far as how they treat customers . I will never ordered directly from them agian they have poor customer service maybe they have been taken or scammed by other customers. But that was not me please be ware and contact and get clarification on how they treat customers before ordering from them if not you will probably be getting shafted from them.

McFarlane doesn't care about customers

I would give this a one star review if I could, I ordered a product from here which was in stock on the website back in early November, a couple of weeks later I had an email from evri who was delivering the package on the day the package was scheduled for delivery, saying they couldn't locate my address so I had to give more information which was a bit weird as my address was clearly noted. After I gave more information I had a follow up email from evri saying they were sending this back to sender which is in the states and I'm in the UK . I know this sounds more like evris problem but my issue with McFarlane is I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund to which they didn't have the best response rate and even then they don't seem to want to refund until they receive the package back despite me asking what If it's gone missing and you don't get the order back? Overall I feel like they have taken my money with no intentions of looking after the customer and ensuring they are satisfied and now I feel like they have robbed me of my hard earned money which I invested in a product from them. It is now January and after placing the order in early November there is absolutely no information on its whereabouts.

Once again I have complain about…

Once again I have complain about McFarlane Toys....orders are still not reaching the UK. I have been waiting for over a year and a half for Riddler box and Batwing, these were prepaid and still nothing. It seems they take your money and nothing This mess needs to be sorted out ASAPShipments need to be sent out to all suppliers of his stuff...absolute disappointment

Great detail......but

I have been collecting Mcfarlane toys since the beginning. I enjoy them very much, but we need the sports figures back.Get the licenses back Mr. Mcfarlane and lets get the show on the road. More variety of players will allow the figure industry to prosper. I love these pieces.Keep up the great work.

Updates not frequent enough

Very good on the visual - updates from past series are not so nice. Wish they would update their lines accurately comparing to Toy websites that sells their products.
