The sub was basically new never used.
The open box item was basically new never used I smelled the glue while breaking it in. And yhe shipping was very fast

I like the number of choices.
I really like the choices that was a available. I was in the market for a powered subwoofer, and found many options. I'm happy with my decision on the one I picked. Looking forward to having it installed. My reason for not giving a 5 a star rating is that I'm in Canada and there was only 2 choices for the shipping.Regular FEDEX and a faster FEDEX. Both was in my opinion is very expensive. As a Canadian I have to pay an exchange of about 38% to convert the cost into Canadian dollars. If there was an option for UPS or US postal service. In both cases, I would save on the cost and after the exchange I would save a noticeable amount. Please consider this for your non USA customers.

Purchased an Open Box Subwoofer and was certainly not disappointed. Sub looks brand new, and the packaging and accessories were all included. I was not sure what I would be receiving, but I would certainly buy open-box again from Sonic!

Excellent customer service
So I have to say Sonic came through to save the day! I ordered an XS battery but when arrived was damaged. As upset as I was when I called customer service and was greeted by a service representative named honey. She quickly resolved and de-escalated the situation and resolved the matter in a very professional and timely manner. Hands down to the Sonic team! You just made a customer for life. And I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
