Bought a hen house from them about 17 years ago. Unfortunately the handle that opens the door broke, my fault I forced it when it was covered in ice. Called the sales team and they had no problem providing me with a replacement. Replacement arrived promptly Well done nice to work with a company that supports their older products
Delivery: hmmm wasn’t impressed with company you choose no warning and we had it to tell them to leave on Main Street until I got home. They said their customers knew when they have goods being delivered! A text or phone call would be good as I can’t sit in for 2-3 days! Hen house: just received my solway henhouse. Solid very well made and it’s better than I thought. It’s great and it looks better than on your website! Your website really doesn’t do your products justice! I would definitely recommend and buy again! My friend who was helping getting it into run was very impressed and now thinking of buying one! She’s the one that mentioned the website!! Thank you and for Having to me so quickly after your fire.
