Do not use, not worth your stresss! been waiting for a refund for a cancelled flight for over 2months and they keep making up excuses where it’s gone and it’s not a cheap flight. Easy jet have confirmed they have send the refund to a master card on the 7th of January it’s now the 27th feb !!!easy jet will require bank statements to prove the money has not been received!! scam I bet they do this to lot of people, who have forgot about their refund and they are saving hundreds by not sending a refund back over scam
Price seems to keep increasing.
It’s very user-friendly and always allows you to search for flight tickets by the lowest price, specific dates, and many other criteria. There are plenty of filters to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. I’ve been using Skyscanner for many years now, and it’s still my first choice when searching for my next trip.
The price on the website and price on the flight provider was not the same with the one on the website being almost 15 pounds lowers
Fast and Efficient. Prices found has been reasonably fare.
Easy to navigate , transparent choices
Easy to find the best deals
I always buy airfare from Skyscanner, you can’t get better fairs from anywhere else that’s a sure.
Good service
The app is user-friendly and effective for comparing flights.
A fast and easy process - could check different options ie flying to and from different airports within the same timeframe
Booked a multi leg flight and the more legs you added the crazier the cost got. Flight calculations were not correct as when I booked them separately they were much lower. The flight costs were a third of what was being projected.
Super easy search tool. Found perfect flights and even gave me a choice of providers I could use. I chose Expedia as it was giving £15 back in credit. Turely excellent experience.
Some of the travel agents not being honest about prices on Skyscanner. I tried booking tickets since yesterday and the price displayed after search was changing one the travel company website took my data such as name, dob, passport details.it happened with three of the companies not once. They changed the price one all the details were submitted. I think it is unfair practice by travel agents who are collecting data by showing cheaper fares and increasing them at the last stage which is not only frustrating but also waste of customer's time. The cheaper fare which I opted and they advertised was present till the morning of 25th Feb 2026 which clearly shows/ proves malpractice of some kind.I would request Skyscanner to please have a look at this and prevent companies/partner from advertising incorrect/false prices and later changing them by giving an excuse that airlines have changed prices. Look forward to hearing from you.
I had always used Skyscanner and never had issues until 2025. I used Skyscanner in this case to rent a car. Where I was processed through VIPCars. In short, the company i was passed over to in Florida, based at (multiple scammers based here) 7480 Narcoossee Rd suit I, Orlando, FL 32822, United States. They stole more than the voucher rental costs from my card and it took about 4 months to get the money back. Skyscanner still ahve these on their vendors list so can happen to others as well. So do not rental cars through Skyscanner, VIPCARS, as they offered no solution and the company in Florida still ahve my money, whcih i will never get back now.
Very excellent
WARNING – My Experience with Skyscanner & Tea FlightI want to share my experience so others don’t go through what I did.I purchased airline tickets through Skyscanner, which redirected me to an agent called Tea Flight. I received a booking reference and confirmation, so everything appeared legitimate. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was denied boarding because the ticket was not registered in the airline’s system. The airline had no valid record of the booking. Imagine the stress of being told at the counter that your ticket doesn’t exist.I immediately contacted Tea Flight. After discussions with their agent (even handing the phone to the airline manager), I was told to purchase a new ticket at my own cost — costing me $1,270.64 — with assurance that it would be fully reimbursed.Later, when it came time for reimbursement, they only offered to refund 50% of the new ticket cost.So essentially:Their system failed.I was denied boarding.I had to urgently purchase a new ticket. And in the end, I’m left paying for their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to suffer financially for errors caused by booking agents. To make matters worse, Tea Flight’s website does not even have a clear or formal complaint process, which makes resolving issues extremely frustrating. My advice to everyone: Book directly through the airline’s official website. It may look slightly cheaper through third-party platforms, but if something goes wrong, you’re left stranded with little protection.Skyscanner and Tea Flight — please stop misleading customers. People trust these platforms with important travel plans, family trips, and hard-earned money.I hope this review prevents someone else from experiencing the same stress and financial loss.
Well, I just booked airfare to Italy from LA. We wanted Business Class and I've been looking for around a month, too many websites to count. I stumbled across this one and gave it a try. It was at LEAST 10% lower than anything I had found and the process was easy and I've already made a call to customer service and it was an excellent experience. Of course we haven't flown yet and stuff could happen to sour my opion, but thus far a home run for Skyscanner.
I’ve always found Skyscanner the number one search engine for all my flight needs
